This time it's 4 professional golfers - 2 female and 2 male.

Do you plan to watch? Why or why not?

I'm most likely going to watch.  Probably the first one I have been interested in watching in a while.  Disappointing that  it  will only be 12 holes and wish they would play the full 18.

I'll probably watch because I think the contrast and comparison between how male players and female players attack a hole will be interesting.

I think the PGA and LPGA could do a much better job blending the tours together for special events. I'd certainly tune in.

I would if I could but probably won't have coverage; so I'll have to watch replay or highlights on TGC.  I think it will be a fun venue and quite competitive. What's with the 12 hole format?  Anyone know what the yardage difference will be?

All four golfers will utilize the same tees for the four par-3 holes in the routing, while the remaining eight holes will use varying tee boxes and yardages for the men and women. The golfer raising the most funds through the skins format at the end of the event will be declared the winner.

The 12-hole event will be live on TNT, truTV, HLN and streaming on Max starting at 6:30 p.m. ET.

I'm the same way. Actually really interested in this, but given my schedule that day unlikely I'll be able to watch.

this is a much more interesting group than the past few.  I'd actually like to see all of these golfers play, although I know Rose the least.  

I think it's a good group of actual golfers to watch golf, and Max is always a good watch.

I’m watching! I’d like to hear Rory and Rose out smack talk Homa and Lexi!

No matter what I think I’ll learn something from having these elite golfers mic’s up.

I'll definitely be tuning in. Love the idea of getting women involved in these events and I'm a big fan of all four golfers. Should be a fun event!

I'm not expecting (or hoping for) the smack talk of the past "Matches". I'd much rather see everyone rooting for each other and simply let the best player win the day.

Glad to see a mixed pro field. The ones with NFL players have been entertaining but when there’s no pros it doesn’t move the needle for me. Really looking forward to Max just roasting everyone

Why only 12 holes?  The show starts at 6:30pm, right around sunset.  

I'll be watching for sure.  Living in Rochester, NY for most of my life, we had one of the most popular LPGA events.  For several years, I was a member at the sponsoring course and actually housed several pros at my house for that week.  It was great getting to know many of them and we still keep in contact with one that stayed with us over 20 years ago.  I enjoyed watching their game back then as it was more relatable distance and approach wise than the PGA tour players at the time.

I’ll be out of town but will probably record this and maybe watch later. Hopefully they won’t put a muzzle on Max. His sarcasm might be the only thing I’ll look forward to in this one. Hopefully Lexi can make a putt or two.

Wouldn't it be fun if there was something on the line for the players? Like losers shave their head. All for charity of course. But it would be fun to see some real stress.

If I am flipping through the channels and come across it I might watch it but this seems like it shoud be a silly season event.

Not reading ANY posts in this thread! Just got home, and was happy to see it live streaming on MAX, and with rewind available,  so watching from the beginning!

The only thing that has me erked is they all should have been playing the same tees!!! The women have shown they are capable of playing the same distances!

I missed that, but agree, this is pretty fun to watch.  Can't believe Rose's schedule, but I have a feeling she might skip that first class in the morning...

Wouldn’t blame her one bit. Kuddos to her for sticking with school after going pro. No one would blame her at all if she just focused on golf.

what did you all think?

I've never played at night under the lights but it looks like a lot of fun. Especially seeing the ball fly through the air.

I wish there was more trash talk... golfers are pretty supportive of each other and a relatively quiet bunch.
