Exactly.  Matt Painter seems like a nice enough guy and Indiana is nice state.  I just dont' see him as a top level X and O guy.

That’s a game in January - UConn had one of those, too. Purdue and UConn are both winning on the road - UConn’s got a couple of very tough road games left and will loose a couple of them.

 

I just see those two teams as having separated themselves - doesn’t mean they won’t have an injury or off night at the wrong time.

 

I have a funny feeling about Arizona if I’m going outside of those two.

Nope!  We have a "thing".  Sometimes she lets me drive the golf cart.  When I swing by to pick her up, I say "Nice a$$!  Git in the cart."  If you don't know that's redneck for I Love You.  She always replies "I love you too."

That's probably because Nick Taylor is a west coast guy; he also lives in Scottsdale.  Canadian who went to U of Washington and he's playing very well lately.  He was 2nd at WMPO last year behind Scottie, and he won the RBC Canadian Open with a 72 foot eagle putt on the 2nd playoff hole against Fleetwood... first Canadian to win national open since 1954.  Charley played great and had chance to win, but Nick made the birdie putts down the stretch and in the playoff.  Two playoff wins in 6 months is pretty impressive.

My wife and I are playing at our sister course tomorrow across the Columbia River because our course has a Super Bowl tournament.  The good news is that it will be a drier course so maybe we will get some rollout on drives!

Well, I was surprised when the crew showed up at 9am this morning and finished the job about an hour ago.  The old roof was aluminum and leaked both from screws and from condensation when snow was on top.  This roof is insulation and should be cooler in the afternoon 110º summer days.

That should provide a nice space on those warm days, looks pretty nice.

Good morning!(10PM here ) It's 32° and snowing here in Tennessee and I have a 9AM tee time. All the other guys I was supposed to play with are already backing out. I'll be there unless the course is closed lol. Am I the crazy one? It's supposed to heat all the way up to 40° by then!

it’s not often I beat the early birds here for a morning post. the snow the weatherman threatened never materialized, so it’s cold and dry as i sip the first cup of the morning.

fairly large testing announcement today for the taylor made drivers, so if you get a chance pop over and congratulate those guys, including 2 first timers, so I’m sure they’re excited.

Good early morning!

Was a super busy day yesterday and today will be no different.  I took on a consulting gig to fill a little downtime and to help get to a couple investments quicker. It will get better after a week or so, but there is a lot to sort through and evaluate. 

The good thing is that it still gives me plenty of flexibility to be home with the family and play my rounds.

It's an exciting morning here on the forum with the announcement of the TaylorMade driver testers. It's a big one since in my 6 years on the forum I've never seen a TaylorMade test. It's also nice to see some first timers who are getting the chance to showcase their skills by doing a review. 

It's a cool morning here and I'm just getting ready to head in and start the day. 

@Kenny B I'm glad they finished your patio cover, it looks great! I also enjoyed you throwing in some southern slang in your earlier post and I can promise you'll get some more slang at Kingsmill.

Good Tuesday morning one and all , weather is turning a bit cooler after an 84° day yesterday , only mid 60’s today so no golf today , already got a shoulder smoking in the smoker , getting ready to hit the gym , then I’ve got 3 whole beef tenderloins to trim and tie to roast tomorrow for our Valentine get together so I’m running hard today and tomorrow! Good morning Spies on this FAT TUESDAY morning here in the Motor City area.

Just another workday, but working in the Hamtramck, MI area also means that I can stop and get another "traditional item" for Fat Tuesday as well.

The bakeries open at 3:00AM EST, and there usually is a long line lasting most of the morning to get in.

Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something enjoyable is in your plans.

Good morning all!

Had a nice Monday, getting work underway for the week, got a nice run in while it was still a bit warmer than average, and then took my two youngest kids for a walk and a bike ride this afternoon while my oldest was skiing. It was nice to enjoy some time with just the two of them. The youngest are our girls and there is definitely a bit of a different connection between them so watching them playing just the two of them is always fun.

Good morning and happy Tuesday spies!! Went to bed about an hour later than usual last night but it was totally worth it. As I was heading for my bed my daughter asked a question about her homework, junior in high school. That turned into almost an hour of talking about government. First question led to another and another and another of course but all in all, it was a great talk. Scary and cool to see them grow up at the same time.

Well it's morning and yes it's coming down here...

.. after some sleet last night .. just to make road conditions a little more interesting

And yes those are two alien pods crash landed in our driveway (.. haha car covers are very handy if you can get them on before it snows!)

Wife's school called a snow day so now she's fixated on some house cleaning chores (like I don't already do some every day )
