If you're serious about working up to a marathon, I've done 19 of the damn things and am/was a certified coach with the Road Running Club of America. I'd be happy to answer any training questions.

Top of the pot spies ☕.  Our trip to the Grand Canyon was fun.  It truly is an amazing place to see.  I couldn't help but think about the first to people to have walked up to the rims and what went through their minds 😮.  My wife took a gazillion pictures (thank God for digital 😄), and she'll be busy for weeks working through those to add to her portfolio.  I spent as much time looking through my binoculars and was able to see groups of rafters on the Colorado River plying the rapids.  They looked timid enough from my vantage point (a mile above) but were likely standing waves.

Here's some pictures from my cell phone.  If you've never been here, consider adding to your bucket list.  Have a great Friday and weekend everyone.

Can't say I blame you for avoiding that sea of humanity LOL. Would be cool to say you were present I suppose, but would also be a nightmare logistically. Not a Falcons fan, but I am a lifelong Huskies supporter. I think it was a brilliant pick. This guy would have been much higher rated in most drafts, and probably should have won the Heisman, if it wasn't such a biased format towards certain hyped up things. I would argue the only player who will be better long term MIGHT be Maye. His thing that scared teams is prior injuries. If he stays healthy, Cousins may not be long for starting. Maybe even by this year, but like next I would think. He fits the ball in anywhere, with ridiculously good touch, throws receivers open (something Williams and Daniels are NOT that good at), and can make every throw needed in the NFL, rocket arm. Time will tell, but I see Penix being a top 5 NFL QB, and the falcons are gonna love this dude. Just my admittedly slightly biased opinion, but I think he IS that good. Enjoy.

The pick itself aint bad, I am just scratching my head with the financials for the Falcons.

They are giving a lot of money to Cousins for the next couple of years with a no trade clause, that makes no sense to me, but I am not a NFL manager.

I honestly rather see Penix play than Cousins, but that is my biased opinion of not liking Cousins.
