Rickp 21,458
We purchased a Condo years ago in Surfside Beach in MB. It was the plan to rent it and use it ourselves occasionally and we had a local mgt co take care of it, right. The short term golfers trashed it a more than a few times. So we went with a yearly lease w people that had to live there not sublet that didn’t go well either. If they don’t own it they don’t care about it.Finally sold it as we were too many years from retirement. We really liked that area.Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy 1 Quote Rick Left Hand, Driver; Titleist TSi2, Kuro Kage 50 gr R2 5 Wood; Cally Steelhead 5 Hybrid; Cally Steelhead, Hazardous Vista Pro R2 Irons; Ping G710 6-GW, Recoil 460 R2 Putter; Waaay too many to list

Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy all of my residential tenants are in one year leases. ideally i rent to families, but i have a few college students as well. in those cases, their parents have to sign on the lease. that’s a big part of the reason i’m down in florida monthly in a normal year. i like to check in with tenants before anything big comes up either way, my realtor heavily vets any potential tenants before they get passed along to me. 4 Quote SIM 8º | KuroKage XT 70TX SIM 3W 14º | Fujikura Atmos Black Tour Spec 9TX U500 2i | Fujikura Ventus HB Black 10TX T100 4-PW | Dynamic Gold X7 : SM6 52* SM8 56* SM8 60* | Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 Futura 5w

Popular Post dlow206 5,906
My wife wants to get a second place somewhere, in a warm area. Normally I am a cheapskate (hard to believe right), and I would say its not a good idea. But have her illness at the beginning of the year and all that has happened this year, I have learned that you only live once and if you can make it work financially without causing a financial burden, then its ok. 10 Quote Follow my golf journey to break into the 80s Current tester for the Titleist TSi Driver Spring 2020 MGS Tester for the Fujikura Motore X Shaft Updated 12/27/2020 Driver: TSi 2 - Graphite Design AD-XC 6S Hybrids: SIM Max 3H, 4H - Matrix Ozik 85S Irons: ZX5 5 - PW - Nippon Modus 120 S Wedges: CBX 2 54, CBX Full Face 58 - KBS Hi-Rev S Putter: ER2

Feeling similarly lately. Wife and I have been working on getting debt free. We are almost down to our last loans, besides the house, but it's been nice for us to enjoy things a bit too. Balance is they key.
