Who Will Be #1 After Riv?

Last week, Rory McIlroy took over the top spot in the Official World Golf Rankings, knocking Brooks Koepka down to #2. This week, we have the relatively rare circumstance that the number 1 slot is once again up for grabs, with three contestants all competing at the Genesis Invitational together. Depending on how everything shakes out, Rory, Brooks, or Jon Rahm could end up with the top ranking when the Genesis concludes.

So who's your pick? Who will be holding the #1 ranking when the next edition of the OWGR comes out?

Tiger can't quite get to the top of the mountain....at least not this week.

He's played a ton at Riveria but has never won an official event there.  This baffles me...

Rory is going to win this week. Brooks will fall outside the top ten for this event.

I think Brooks stay at #1 was excessive.  IMHO more emphasis should be placed on events played and who is in the field you are competing against.  Perhaps it's just me but BK seems to cherry pick. Rory is deserving of the #1 position.

I think Rhambo will pull it off this week. I am ecstatic that Brooks lost his #1 spot... and frankly I hope he continues to fall. I just find it difficult to root for someone who doesn’t care at all about golf. There are so many players that work so much harder and give so much more back to the game.

Same here. I understand that Koepka feels his career will only be measured by his majors, but as a fan of the game I find it hard to root for a younger guy (with a chip on his shoulder) who isn't out there playing golf for the love of the game on a regular basis. I think it's extremely impressive that he has won four majors, but I don't enjoy watching him at all.

Brooks is just a different type of golfer.

His style of hard work is sharpening his mental acuity and building a strong body in the gym.

He’s certainly not everyone’s flavor and I absolutely respect that.
