Kenny B 24,309
Nice looking irons. They would look real good in a bag with X2hot woods. What is it with this color? TWshoot67 37
I'd like to see Wilson really put out some decent product. These irons look OK, only true test is to put them in play or at least a good week of golf to see how they truly perform. But from the pic not too shabby. revkev 22,639
Well then let's all of us meet in Warwick shall we. Who is going to invite Megan? If I had more time to play I would bag the M3's in a heartbeat. I've hit them any number of times because my teacher is a Wilson guy and he has the cart. The way my lessons worked there was always time for me to try whatever he had available. I've hit all things Wilson and Mizuno over the course of the past 3 months. Since I'm more of a once a week golfer I game GIs because they make more sense for me. I'm not really good enough to game a players club unless I'm playing and practicing more frequently. I'm not a huge fan of how my irons look but I love their no brainer performance so they are in until further notice. Wilson makes good equipment at a slightly lower price point. I think they have the potential to pick up what Adams has lost. Quote Ping G410 - turned down to11.25 degrees, neutral setting - Fujikura Motore X R flex Ping G410 5-9 wood Wilson D7 forged 6-GW - Mamiya recoil 460 R flex SCOR 52,60 EVNRoll ER 5 Titleist Pro VIx optic yellow with revkev stamped on them Currently testing Edison wedges to replace SCORS that are wearing out. Also auditions for the 14th spot in the bag. Current possibilities are a Ping 26 degree hybrid - duplicates the 9 wood or 5 iron but would be used almost exclusively for chipping or Tour Exotics 3 wood simply because you can carry 14 clubs and I might occasionally hit it in certain unusual wind conditions once every four or five rounds. furu 209
The V4 irons are fantastic. Tried them two days ago and I couldn't be more impressed. Seriously Classic look with wonderful lines. Amazing feel. Lots of distance loss on mishits but it still flies pretty straight. DG Pro shaft is a good choice, but I'm tempted to put them in my bag next year with a Recoil. I also tried D200 (irons, driver, fw and hybrid), V4 driving iron and took a look at the new putter line and blue wedge:)

Harrison shaft company had a line of drivers called the Hathaway V4 because I have one but then again Harrison went bankrupt last year or so and went out of business. I guess Wilson bought the rights to that or they got the rights because Harrison went belly up. furu 209
V4 is used by so many companies/brands on so many products. I can't see how someone could own the rights to the name V4. A quick search showed 18 V4 registered, one of them by Harrison exactly two years ago. V4 is also power tools, office furniture and horse racing. FG Tour is registered by Wilson and this is version 4. You really have to be American to think that this is a problem Maybe I shouldn't call them just V4. FG Tour V4 irons. There you go
