My daughter is travelling to Seattle on 30 November for a basketball trip and when I looked on Thursday it was the same temperature as here. I am on the east side of the Cascade Mountains, 230 miles from Seattle. Seattle is usually warmer in the winter, but very wet. We are much, much warmer in the summer and very dry. As a result, Seattle is very green with lots of trees, and we are very brown with sagebrush and tumbleweeds!!
