Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse has outside seating. Excellent food.

Mastro's Ocean Club. Is on the second floor of a mall. Its walls are open looking over the mall below. Its a high end mall not the normal stuff. Best shrimp cocktail ever. Food is great. Obviously seafood is the specialty. It is fancy don't let the location fool you.

I've been to a lot of other places but don't remember if they had outside seating.
