How would you rank the four majors?

3 and 4 are about equal for me.

It's almost a tie for me at the top of the list between the Masters and The Open, but I have to give the edge to the Masters for the viewing experience on their app since I don't have cable. 

After that, it's the U.S. Open and the PGA.

For me it’s this order.  I would love to hear how the guys who have won the Slam would rate them.  But I would think they would likely rate them this way too.

The Masters and The Open are the only two that I’ll set time aside to watch. They both just have some sort of mystique about them that I really enjoy watching. The other two don’t really have anything special for me and I’ll watch them if it fits my schedule but I’m not blocking time off for them.

Keep your wig on. Way out here in the provinces, we’re still mesmerized by indoor plumbing. Proper nomenclature is wayyy down the to-do list.

Anyway…

1. The Masters

2. THE Open (note the emphasis)

3. The US Open

4. Always seem to forget something when I’m making a list

The Open is the only one of the 4 that I have as a bucket list event to watch live. I’ll do the US Open if it’s nearby and I can make it. But the Masters is cool but just don’t care enough to actually go. All four are special, no doubt, but my first two just have a special mystique about them being truly open to any who want to qualify.

I am only a casual PGA fan but here is my list!

 1. The US Open because it appears to be the most difficult and frustrating to the Pro golfers.

2. Master's because of the beautiful course conditions.

3. The Open (where it all started)

4. PGA Championship not as familiar with its history.

... I'll 2nd these. I don't know how anyone doesn't appreciate watching a Major at the home of golf with links sea side courses subject to weather, bad lies/bounces and playing the ball on the ground more than in the air. The terrain is how nature carved it out.  Masters is the exact opposite constantly changing the natural terrain with pristine conditions but admittedly so much fun to watch. The US Open for the difficult conditions and deep rough and like most everyone else, the PGA comes in last a Major in name only.
