Recoil 95

Just finished installing my new recoil 95's in my Srixon Z565 irons. I can't wait to game them. I know I need to hit the range and give each iron a good session but a bunch of us are heading to the Den Saturday. It is a nice Arnold Palmer course not far. Anyway, anyone out there gaming these shafts. I am curious how they have helped or hurt your game and why? Thanks in advance spy's...

I have the 110's in my Hogan irons and liked them a lot. Not too much of a change for me from steel shafts while much more friendly on my elbow. I liked them better than the Steelfibers I have in my Apex Pros.

Well, I only play the Recoil in my two iron but I love the shaft. It is nice and light so you can get more speed and feels pretty smooth at impact. I like mine a lot and I might be going graphite in the future.

I have Recoil 660 in my Hogan Ptx's and Recoil 460's in my Cobra F8's.......great shafts

I've got the 680's in two sets of clubs now and I love them.

Here's what I notice.

 

I like the TGW website

because you can order all the major iron models with custom specs

and one club at a time,

just as you could years ago at your course's pro shop. 

 

You don't have to buy sets which include clubs that you won't use.

 

Each major iron has a number of shafts available, and the UST Recoil 95 is one shaft that seems to be offered with almost every model of iron, from GI to classic blades. 

 

It may be the new Aldila NV Pro 105.
