Some snazzy ball markers

Recommended Posts

Just stumbled on this on Twitter: https://fullmetalmarkers.com

They have some really handsome-looking markers, at reasonable prices ($6.50 per, looks like free shipping). Here's a pic with a 12 gauge shotgun, a viking shield, and a bullseye.

Probably wouldn't be that hard.  Go to a home improvement store or a teacher store and get a round disk magnet that will fit inside the shell.  Use a hacksaw or pipe cutting tool and cut the metal end off the shell.  Superglue the magnet inside the back end.   Now you have a magnetic ball marker made from a shell.   Should be a fairly easy DIY project.

I like the Good For One Putt design. I could see giving these out at a fundraising golf event or something if a bulk order reduced the price significantly. The quarter size is good too. Maybe they offer non-magnetic. I'll bookmark they site.

Hi guys - This is Brian from Full Metal Markers.  Thank you for the interest in our products!  We're a very small operation (just my wife and I) that just got up and running in 2018, trying to offer cool, quality, and (most importantly) affordable golf ball markers.  If you have any questions for me, or any suggestions on what you'd like to see, I'd love to hear from you!

Thanks again!

Welcome to the forum, thanks for joining us.

I like the designs so far and absolutely love the pricing and shipping model.  Looking forward are you planning on any sort of customization options?  Or more likely to continue to release specific designs?

Either way keep up the great work, I'll be keeping an eye out for new designs

We do make custom designs for golf shops/pro shops and businesses, but don't do customization on a marker by marker basis. Affordable ball markers is our m.o. and that would be impossible to accomplish with personalized options.

Got my order in hand today:

IMG_20190103_123359.jpg

As is apparent, they really are exactly the size of a quarter. In addition, they are also about the weight of a quarter, plus or minus a gram on my scale.

The designs are well executed, with good detail.

For $16.50 shipped, to be able to pick any three on offer—that's a solid deal. The one putt token will likely be the marker I start the season with, unless I get my (green) hands on one of these:

:titleist-small: TS3 9.5°, Tensei Blue

That "Good for one Putt" and "Bullseye" are sick. Bookmarked for when I decide to pull the trigger on some markers.
