Good morning spies!

Was eagerly awaiting the announcement this morning, and man... y'all did not disappoint. That Mevo testing is a super cool opportunity. I've heard nothing but good things about it.

Hoping to join the community call this afternoon. Been a busy week at work so it might be a last-minute decision to see if I have the availability.

Booked a slot at the simulator this Saturday to hit some more balls try out some more swing feels.

Well, this adulting thing is not working out real well. Spent a few hours at the practice facility trying to figure out why when hitting out of wet, really wet ground with the Edison Enforcers, I end up looking like an excavator operator at a strip mine. Actually got worse, so bad that I started missing the shots off hard ground that I had been hitting with ease. Other observations on the few  good shots  before everything cratered; the Edison’s stopped on a dime and I am not seeing any reduction in altitude, I still bring rain with my full wedge shots. Decided  to use my senior citizen card an embrace forgetfulness and flushed the session from memory. 
   Playing this afternoon with some wind but temperatures in the mid 70’s. Missing the community call. 
  Since the alternative to getting old is really not that good; use one of the negatives of old age and turn it into a positive use for handling everyday life. 

Enjoy each other’s company on the community call. No adulting for me this afternoon, just golf.

Central Florida golf is fantastic.  Teed off at 8:15 AM 50 degrees and 4 layers.  Par'd the 18th at 11:50 with one layer.

We've finally made it to Friday and are knocking on the door of the weekend. I'm working tomorrow, but take solace in the fact that it's the last Saturday I have to work this year. 

Yesterday was a busy day, I had to work half a day, get fitted for a foot brace, and ended it wonderfully with the community call.

Good morning on a TGIF here in Michigan.

Supposed to be a sunny and high of 50 degree day here, and stay warm through tomorrow, although the rain makes an appearance again.

Still better than snow.

Busy day at work, hoping to get most of it done, so I can get the computer portion of the job done over the weekend from home.

Hope that your day is the best it possibly can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is part of your plans.

Thank the world it's Friday! It's been a long week and just have one day left to make it through. Hoping for a speedy, fantastic Friday for us all!

Geezch… I jumped the shark. I should have waited until after the round yesterday to flush the old memory bank. The Edison contagion spread through the whole bag during the round. Every shot was an all or nothing shot. Absolutely no consistency, unless NO consistency is a form of consistency. Still a great day for golf with the Ancient Ager group. 
   Headed off this morning to do the bidding of “ those people “ for a few days. 
   The weather is going to be warmer for a few of our northern brothers and sisters. Hopefully they can get out an about on a course for a round or two before cold weather returns.. Just a quick visual PSA about being out and about in the  cold during holiday party season.

A cool Central Florida morning, 56 degrees, but high will be in low 70's. Not too cool for Ranger day. No Golf today, but will be picking up the new Scotty Phantom X putter today. Can't wait to get on putting green this afternoon. On 2nd cup of Espresso!

 TGIF. This work week felt like it was 8 days long. Pretty sure the students know Christmas break is coming as well and their anxiety seems to be at a fever pitch. Took all the restraint I could muster to not call in sick and hit the golf course instead. Third day in a row of abnormally warm weather and I'm stuck at work. Oh well. The Odyssey Ai-One is safely at home and my first impression write up is already in draft form. I'm beyond excited to get out and roll some putts. Maybe I can get lucky and another warm spell will pass through soon so I can get a long day on a putting green. Hope everyone has a great end to their work week. Unless you're @sirchunksalot in which case I hope you have a great two day stretch of sales!

Whoo it is chilly out here this morning .. white frost on the ground and on the leaves of the bushes and evergreens. Even had a few of those white flakey things falling from the sky yesterday, too. Oh well time to get the snow shovels out and gas for the snowblower.

Good morning all, TGIF! We are at a waterpark today after spending the night at the hotel here last night to celebrate our youngest son’s birthday. He doesn’t turn 4 until the 12th, but the rates were better to stay now than on his actual birthday. Should be a fun way to end the week and go into the weekend!

Friday is here and I am happy for that. Wife is getting new tires on the car today, and then we have a holiday party this evening. Then tomorrow my parents are coming up for a visit, but I think Sunday will be a quiet day. Its that time of year of year, though all the snow is set to melt with a rain storm this weekend.

Good morning MGSpies from the middle of Pennsylvania on my way home from NC where amazing things of a brain bleed recovery (that's not complete but significant improvement already has happened and the rest is up to my brother. He's home so normalcy is reestablishing.)  My focus is on my own decompression from the week. No opportunity to golf unless @BKervin interrupts my return trip with an irresistible suggestion (yes it's a hint) to stop for a round hope golf is part of your day

We have a couple of inches of snow here @EasyPutter. Courses are closed unfortunately.

Good morning Spies,

A crisp 33 degrees and sun in Central NY. A happy Friday to all. I’ve been practicing my putting with my eBay purchase. The feel of a bronze Ping Anser is pretty darn nice. I had debated giving it a bit of polishing but I really like the patina it has. Safe travels to @EasyPutter Feel free to toot your horn as you pass exit 39 on the Thruway. Another day of errands. I’m grateful for a seizure free night for our old pupper. He will get a walk after coffee.

Thx!! We did! Yesterday was the second day (of two) of parent-teacher conferences and her last meeting ended early, so she was able to leave and get home earlier than usual .. so we started happy hour/date night earlier than usual. Got a parking spot and a table and had a nice chat about how we could solve all the problems in the education system...

Good Morning everyone!  Up at 4:30 this morning... sheesh!!  Played yesterday; Not too bad until the 6th hole when the wind picked up; probably 15-20 with gusts to 30mph.  Then my swing went south with the geese.  Nice day today but I'm not playing and tonight it gets cold again and rain through the weekend.  

@EasyPutter Happy to hear your brother is on the mend and sorry you didn't get to play.  Safe travels home!!

Need to do some Christmas shopping, which unfortunately involves Costco.  For everyone working, make it a casual Friday... very casual!!

Good morning! Bright, sunny, brisk morning here in Southern Mi and it's looking like it's supposed to be a nice 50* day! No golf for me today because work will be getting in the way, but I did get out and golf yesterday.

The selling of my old Ping S58 irons on fb marketplace went very well (thanks for the well wishes)! The guy who bought them was so nice and we talked about golf for 20ish minutes. He even invited me to his golf club if I'm ever in the Toledo, Oh area! I, of course, told him to join the MGS forum.

Im heading to pittsburg end of the month.  Hope the weather holds up for my 9hr drive from midwestlandia.
