Good Morning Everyone!  An easy day yesterday and I feel relaxed and ready to work on my game again.  49º this morning but should warm up to 70º.  I will be picking up my order of Maxfli Tour S balls from DSG on the way to the course.  

Had a guy come by yesterday to talk about replacing my patio cover.  It leaked a little when we bought the house 4 years ago, and it's 21 years old.  Not thrilled with the design so it has to go.  That project will start in March.

@GolfSpy_APH - enjoyed the article! A few comments / suggestions...

• Add links to other main site and or forum reviews of each manufacturers' equipment?
• Imho using "Best" in the title may be misleading as it may be implying some sort of approval rating?
• For the DTC section maybe move that last paragraph that's "about" DTC up under the category hearing, and maybe add a comment like "two of the more popular brands with our forum members are highlighted here"..?

A chilly, NO a Cold Central Florida morning 53 at 7am.  No golf today.  At least it's up to 62 degrees now. Going to pick up new computer, can't wait to get back into civilization!

Good Morning! Had a fun weekend visiting family in St. Louis. No golfing over the weekend, but it was a nice chilled weekend enjoying the company of people I'm close to. 

This morning I had a really terrible cup of Amazon brand drip coffee, but it perked me up just fine and I'm ready to get things done at work so I can get to the short game practice area this afternoon!

Good Morning Spies!  Finished up my review for Lean Lock putters this morning, now on to health insurance renewals to get sent out.

No golf for the next week or so, heading out to the Gulf Coast for a few days to read on a beach, then the NSC show in New Orleans!

Very well done. My only comment would be the DTC section. I think this needs a little more content. Especially since they are going out of their way to work with the forum.  Some things to consider and expand upon. When did they start up, why. Golfers wanting to build quality clubs for golfers without marketing upcharges. Working with golf professionals during design stages and prototype testing.

We may do a DTC specific article in the future, but for this article it was already at max word limit. 

Lots more to come in the DTC space and as much as we would love to continue plugging the forum here there and everywhere in the end that is a main site article, we just get the opportunity to write some of them!

Just read your review on the Lean Lock putter. Great review on a unique product. I don't know that I could handle the uniqueness of it though.

Good afternoon, Spies!  My wife and I spent last week in FL and returned home last night.  I played a new course south of Venice called Wellen Park, which is not far from the Braves minor league stadium.  The course is in fine shape, but everywhere you look is construction, so it is not a pretty, scenic course at this time.  I hope all you Spies are doing well and hitting nothing but fairways and greens.

It's definitely a unique process.  If you are considering armlock, you might want to check it out.  I wish there was someplace people could go and try them out.

Good morning all!

Happy hump day! I had to think about what day of the week it was this morning and only remembered because third shift was at work when I walked in yesterday. 

It's another beautiful, cool morning and I'm enjoying my coffee in the parking lot while browsing the forum and listening to podcasts. 

Thanks again to MGS for the MaxFli ball deal, even though I'm not able to play at the moment it's a good opportunity to stock up for playing in the future.

Good morning!  Long almost sleepless night.  Had a late indoor game and got home and had just fallen asleep when my little one woke up screaming. Finally got her settled and back asleep and managed to get another 2hrs before my internal clock woke up. 

All good. Have a busy day and going to hit the range this afternoon to see if my lesson paid off and I'm still able to hit the driver like I did yesterday.

Good morning Spies on this Wednesday here in Michigan. Weather looks like this will be the nicest day we have had in about 10 days or so, partly cloudy and 60 degrees. Hoping to make it home in time to spend some time at the range, close to my house before it gets dark. Middle of the week, only a short way to go to the weekend. Another great day ahead here. Usual work, but also interviewing for an open position on our team and an internal candidate at that. Would be nice to hire someone in that can hit the ground running and take on a decent workload early on. Otherwise probably need to wrap up some raking today in the yard.

Good morning MGSpies on this damp Wednesday in WNY starting to acclimatize to the cooler temps so doesn't feel so cold anymore is it did a couple weeks ago  hot coffee ready to jolt the brain into command and control from the basement central desk as the network is coming online  had another good 9 hole round yesterday, another 44 to match Monday's 44, gaming the Lean Lock Putter again and on video with an able assistant for more live shots and not going to tip my hand which way this review is going to go  Today is flag maintenance team out at the Western NY National Cemetery in Corfu NY so rest day before golf Thursday and Friday (rainy forecast be damned lol) hope golf is a part of your day!

Wednesday… A day to looking forward in hopes of enhancing your life and the lives that are meaningful to you… No point in looking back and grimacing at what could have been. 
    That said; I came close, so close to a major victory for the lowly worker drone husband class yesterday. But yet again I engaged mouth before analyzing what I was about to say… Started yesterday’s economic stimulus tour with the wife person with the primary thought of using @jdparker ‘s suggestion in conversation with the Alpha female while traveling of how new golf clubs would be a boon for our marriage, thus a great anniversary gift for both of us. 
    As traveling, I informed the “SHE that is” that a good and very thoughtful friend of mine ( sorry JD, needed a foil  in case this had gone wrong ) had related how his wonderful bride and mother of his children, on occasion went with other young Royal leaders to a retreat meant only for the “highest of high” to recharge and discuss husband behavioral modification techniques among other things. Also, the idea of me having  to fend for myself for a few days was quite intriguing to her. She mentioned that I could possibly live in my company vehicle while she was gone. The female leader grabbed onto that idea like a free chocolate bar and started planning while I drove. While shopping the “ Dutch of Deals “ found stuff that was perfect for a girl trip. She did mention that some of it was quite expensive. I sprang at the chance of saying, whatever made her happy, to think of it as an anniversary gift. Visions of new irons and wedges danced in my head. The wife person even started calling other members of her female “League of Doom” talking them up about the idea and even throwing out a couple of destination possibilities. 
   All was going so well… Then DISASTER. The restaurant that we had driven 4 hours to eat lunch at while shopping for the bride was closed. It was some kind of Vegan every vegetable under the sun, salad joint. Trying to make the female leader feel better, honestly I was, I simply stated that

Evidently that more than implied that I thought the “She Beast” was huge!! 
    We spent the next 4 plus hours driving home in silence with her highness munching a rice cake and sipping water, all the while giving me a maliciously harsh look. 
   Now, having to start at square one with the campaign for new irons and wedges ( going for the whole enchilada). 
   Apologies for the length of this narrative. But dang, I was close, real close. Hopefully my crushing error will be a warning to endangered husbands everywhere. 
    Be safe, take care out there. Wednesday is just another hump in life we must deal with.
