I live in Florida for some heavy summer rains, Columbia Titanium is a good range. A little pricey, but great quality

Try to get out and play it least once a month. Currently around 25 handicap. Want to get down to bogey golf

ECCO makes some of the best waterproof Gore-Tex golf shoes. The material seems stiff at first but breaks in nicely and they are comfortable enough to walk 18 holes in.
