Combining training aids

There's plenty of "what are your favorite training aids" threads. I want to put a twist on that here: what are your favorite training aids that you combine and use together?

 

I'll break my answers into two categories.

 

Putting, in my estimation, really lends itself into combining gadgets. On my basement putting green, when I'm working on my stroke, I'll lay down a putting mirror. Then I grab my bag of Putter Wheels/Pills. On the other end of the green, I'll either use my SKLZ hole reducer or my PuttOut. Normally, after a good session with that combination, my stroke and face control get a little tighter (in a good way). For me, that's my routine putting stroke maintenance setup.

 

For full swing: I'll slip on the Izzo Smooth Swing (basically, a strap that holds my arms together). I attach the Swingyde (little yellow hinge) to my SKLZ Gold Flex (Orange Whip clone). This combination is great for building a feeling of connection, allowing the club to follow the swing, and making sure that my hinge and release are square.

 

What combination of swing aids do you use?

 

Bonus points for a video clip with the most swing aids being used simultaneously!

I'm working on testing/practicing my putting stroke with the InPutt and checking the roll with either The Pill or with a heavily marked golf ball.

Putting.. with a foam impact pad on the face (open in the middle) using a steel ball (5x heavier vs normal) going through an Eye Liner gate down a straight line on the putting mat.

 

Swinging.. a SKLZ Gold Flex wearing a Tour Striker Smart Ball while standing on a pair of balance discs and looking down at a Tee Claw alignment aid.

 

Oh wait - maybe 5 if I was playing the Tour Tempo tones at the same time!

Are you using the Eyeline's Sweet Spot 360? How do you like it?

Yes, that's the one. Got it together with the putting gate and the steel balls. And I find it useful - gives you sensory and auditory feedback without having to pick up the club and look at a piece of impact tape on the face.

I'm thinking of combining Coke and Rum as my swing aid.  I figure a couple of those, and the swing and putting will start looking pretty good   In the future, may upgrade to a Gin and tonic setup...
