Price increase on Maxfli Tour & Tour X

Just noticed that within the last few days that Golf Galaxy/Dicks Sporting Goods has raised the prices on a box of Maxfli Tour and Tour X balls from $35/dozen to $40/dozen. Thankfully you can still get the deal for two boxes at $60 and 4 boxes for $105 with the GG/DSG "limited time sale" (which seems to almost always be available, thus not "limited time"). Still, kind of a bummer to see the price bump.

Surprised it hasn't happened sooner.  The cost of materials and transportation has gone up a ton.  DSG wasn't going to eat that cost forever.

Agreed, glad I bought the box of 4dz for $105 when they had it!

For sure.  Incredible value.  I would expect every manufacturer to take a price increase in the next 6-8 months if they haven't already.  I work in supply chain within the beverage industry and have seen it pretty much across the board.  The suppliers and distributors aren't taking the hit, it always falls to the consumer.

... My home golf course went up $1 in 2020 and 2021 but they just went up $6 this month. And they said there will probably be another price increase 1/1/2023. The fact that GG/Dicks still sells 4 dozen for $104.98 is an insane bargain.

This right here. It's good when manufacturers try to keep costs level but the reality is every single part of their supply chain is costing more right now. Still a pretty good value based on the performance.

Been trying to reduce my in-house inventory lately so I have not jumped on the 4 dozen deal on the Tour CG….yet.

Wow, I bought 4 dozen at $105 a couple days ago just ahead of the increase. They can’t touch me for quite a while.

... It is the current model. Surprised me too that they went up in price for one dozen and dropped the price* for 2 dozen. 

* $55 ended 10/29 and now back to $60 for two.

No they appeared to be the newest model although I didn't check the markings
