Played my first round with the Ghost Golf Anyday Ronin stand bag that I'm currently testing, check it out!

Very happy with my performance for an unplanned after work round played in just under 3 hours! Birdied the first hole which is something that simply doesn't happen as it's... well... the first hole.

Had some issues on the 5th and 7th hole logging a double and a triple, respectively. Other than that, solid showing.

No worries. And yes, we are working with the developer to get the inputs corrected, so that it’s all there when you post the score. I anticipate it being settled within the next few weeks.

7 Pars on a very overcast, sometimes rainy day. Very pleased with how I played. Although I pulled some of my shots on the back nine due to a back that was getting tight, I managed to limp in with a 90.

I included one of Bajamar's bumper stickers. With 5 holes along the Pacific Ocean, lost balls are almost a certainty. I must say that I didn't get any wet though I did lose a couple to the left that ended up in the cactus on the hillside. I didn't look too hard for them as there are rattlesnakes about. Golf ball v. rattlesnake? Not even a choice. The snake wins every time.

First time playing this course; first time swinging a club in a few weeks after messing up my back; and first time I'm participating in a VCT season! I hope I posted all of the info correctly.

Highly recommend this public golf course to anyone in the DC / MD / VA area. Beautiful course with interesting holes.

My friends decided to play from the whites to minimize the risk of me destroying my back again. I had a chance at a personal-best score with an 81 heading into 18...and then make a foolish decision instead of a safe play; skulled a chip; and took two shots to get out of the bunker for a 9. Horrific ending to an otherwise great day on the course with perfect weather.

CR - 71.4/Slope 134

Was an up and down round that required a lot of up and downs. Started off double double which was annoying as all get out because I managed to run off 7 straight pars after that with smart and just solid play around the greens. 

Really don't enjoy playing the course at the moment because there is so much construction and GUR that are no go zones. These areas are massive and while you don't get a penalty for hitting into them they still act mentally as a lost ball. This meant I had 4 balls that are non-retrievable even though in a month they would be fine. 

It sucks - however happy with how consistent my iron and wedge play was as it really helped me score well from the front. The back 9 was more up and down and am just not timing up the driver as well as I feel I should. It sucks because it is a two way miss - more tweaking and maybe I can find that setting that works best for me.

Wind has been nasty around here and I have been having issues with push fades  to start this year.  Not seeing these indoors but but translating to outdoors on grass hasn’t gone well. Played with a Korean gent and his father in law who has been in the US for 2 weeks. FIL tried golf maybe 16 years ago in Korea but it was too expensive to continue. Just started playing again since he got to US. Enjoyable company.

I felt very solid with the drive, approaches and around the green but putting was absolutely terrible, definitely it added so much strokes to my scorecard. Currently training it to fix it on the next round!

It is for actual rounds played. Play a round and post your score with the slope and course rating. For the first couple weeks, exceptions will be considered for virtual rounds if you live in area where the courses aren’t open yet. But all virtual rounds are played as a 0 handicap, and will be factored into the VCT handicap accordingly.

Got It. So is the Virtual Champions Tour the one we post in if we are doing Virtual rounds? If not, where would that be, I don't really see anything now and I thought I did before. Thanks.

The VCT was created as a place members could post their actual rounds and compete against one and other virtually, hence the Virtual Champions Tour name. Last winter, we began accepting SIM rounds as a way to allow those in snowy climates a means to continue to participate. That being said, there isn’t currently a league designated for SIM rounds. But we will be starting one this coming offseason, details to follow.

So we played today on some new holes at my local as we are redesigning 4 holes so we can expand our driving range with trackman on each driving bay. Had my best score in 12 months. That lesson last week worked wonders.2 birdies and long drive was 240m. Also happened to win A grade.
