Right now, how would L.A.B. generalize about the strengths and weaknesses of each of their headshapes? What kind of golfer tends to get on well with each of their options?

As a not-too-distant-future L.A.B.-er (my Mezz.1 Max Broomstick is being built in Oregon, currently), what would you say are the biggest frustrations you hear from golfers making the transition to brooms from regular or counterbalance flatsticks?

Will L.A.B. Be releasing any additional headcovers for the DF3 anytime soon? I love the headcover I had on previous putter, but it won’t fit the center shaft of the DF3.

I know they mentioned they are going to be restocking the limited edition Masters ones.

I want to know if they're working on other color options for the Link. I know they tried their hand at a black one, which presented issues, but is that something that is still in the works?

On a more serious vein…. Is there a particular L.A.B. line that is more beneficial for those suffering hand damage ( nerve / muscle) than their other lines.

How long does it usually take before they get back to you after you’ve sent your video and measurements?

Also is there a magic way to decide on a model if you can’t try them before?

Today was my first 9 holes with a broom.  It wasn’t great.

While the greens are in WNY spring condition, lagging distances was super difficult.  Anything inside 4’ felt really easy once I had my alignment down.  I did make a 15’ for par which felt nice.  

Speed control will certainly be my biggest priority this next several weeks and months.

It’s been a week and no news. I even sent an email asking the same question and no answer. I’m afraid they didn’t get the video.

Joe - they actually did have an error in processing videos - the testers experienced the same thing. I’d recommend going ahead and sending it again along with a note saying you submitted last week but wanted to double check they got it.

I'd love to know how the original, spaceship-esque design came about. Every big golfing company is pouring millions into R&D for their clubs to come up with more and more forgiving designs, but the giant mallet with the loop and notch seems to wholly unique in the industry.

What comes into play with the grips being "offset" certain degrees, as well as offering some with standard grips.

How do you make a determination as to which one would best for a certain player?

Offset 2.0 helps if you struggle to square up your putter.

How much difference in feel is there between colors? I can recall the white and black LINK being said to be firmer or softer than each other.

I had a hard time getting my video to a low enough resolution to fit their request. When I take a video with my iPhone, it comes out way too big! Do you have an easy solution for that?

Love the lineup and the customization options. My biggest qualm is the final cost. I know, I know, but north of $500 for a flat stick is a little insane. Are they looking at lower cost of entry options? I would be highly interested around $300 to $400. Plus that would equate to only a few nights on the couch versus a full car payment.

If someone purchased a LAB putter off the shelf and love it would they still be able to do a virtual fitting to see if the length and lie angle are correct and if not would they be able to send in the putter to have it adjusted?

Do you anticipate releasing any new Pistol grips for the LINK 1 anytime? Are press grips recommended for LINK putters? Why or why not?
