Congrats sluggo! They could have given that MVP to any of 55 guys. I nominate Fox for totally not having his team ready to play and the absolute worst challenge I've ever seen.

 

Seriously every Seahawk played great. What a beat down. Does Denver have defense ends? I still haven't seen one. Wow!

 

The best part go the game was the Seahawk (osprey) that was hanging on our back fence just prior to game time. That, the prime rib and this cigar.

I'm glad that Peyton's annual choke happened on the grandest stage of them all.  Congrats to you Sluggo, and thanks to your Hawks electing not to run it up further at the end, I hit the 4th quarter square for a few bucks.  And there's no doubt that the UFA's that you guys have will now be at a premium.  Hopefully that D gets split up a little next season.  LOL.  Cause if it stays together, it could be nasty.  Hope Sherm's injury isn't too bad either.  And lastly, I will reiterate the stance I've always had.  Peyton is the best regular season QB I've ever seen, but I'd take Tom Brady over him 8 days a week.

Well I've followed 3 professional sports teams with passion for the most part of my life.

 

the Vancouver Canucks since the day I was born.

the San Diego Padres since 1982

 

both have let me down 3 times in the big finale...

 

but finally a team I've suffered through since about 1980 wins one with authority.

 

ooo Seattle Seahawks I can finally walk around the day after a Superbowl with an extra large smile on my face.

The better team won. I don't know if I've ever seen such a one sided Super Bowl. Hats off to Seattle. A team win. I don't know who the MVP is, but it should have been the entire defense. But offense and special teams were dominant too....
