Good morning everyone!

I'm up early on a weekend with a cup of Joe in my hand getting ready for a round of golf. We have a 9:30 tee time at Indian Trace and later on this evening the wife and I are going to hit up a Korean BBQ in Chattanooga to celebrate selling our rental property.

I can't tell you how thankful we are selling it when we did. Our part of the money is going to help out when I'm out of work on short term and we bought it from my sister and that's going to help her since she can't work due to chemo.

Open house here at the Curling Halle and seen about 30 or 40 new people come through the doors which was fun. Wrapping up my day here and with the weather still being very meh it will be another day hanging out inside with the family potentially doing some Christmas stuff!

Good morning Spies on a frosty Saturday morning here. Weather is clear, but supposed to warm up to the upper 40's, so my tee time at 11:30Am is still on.

With the course closing after Sunday, golf both days are in my plans during the daylight hours, and doing whatever SWMBO has plans for later in the evenings on both days.

Hope everyone has the best day they possibly can, no matter what is in your plans or on your agenda.

32 degrees here and sunny but no golf in my forecast for a long while. I will just be trolling the forums for a while and planning a simulator day for sometime December.

Taking the boy to youth bowling soon so gotta get my cup of coffee going now.

Good morning MGSpies from slightly frosty but clear skies sunny WNY on this Saturday just after sunrise.  Buying out the lease on our Trax as it's the only vehicle I know of my daughter actually looks forward to driving and thinking of as hers, which makes it easier to help her get into owning her own vehicle. 

Would be perfect for a late autumn golf round but no idea how soon this car deal will finish today.  And there's no doubt going to be 'surprise' things to do now the Thanksgiving house designated for this year's family gathering has an uninvited visitor with a positive COVID test there early yesterday so again the holidays involve this scourge to society...

Good morning Spies! Well it's going to be a busy Saturday - no golf on the menu, but will be an exciting day. The varsity football team is playing in the state semi-finals today so the town is full of buzz and we are all around, covered in black and gold (team colors) and heading to the game. We've got a 90 minute drive to the game so everyone is heading out early to do some tailgating at the neutral site and cheer on the team.

Good morning all! Been sick the past two days with a stomach bug that I'm hoping will go away today. Haven't felt good, but we are making it through. I have a pretty low key day today, so I'm hoping with some rest and hydration, I'll be good as new in no time.

Good Saturday Morning Spies! 

No golf today, 68 degrees & cloudy once again, although there is this bright light, I think they call the sun, trying to peer through clouds. Rain finally has subsided. However, golf course closed again today, due to too much rain on Thursday & Friday. That's ok, a bit of a break.
Making 2nd cup of espresso now!  Then headed to Jacksonville this morning, for my nephew's Collegiate Power Lifting Meet/Tournament.  These young guys & gals are amazing with the weight they lift. My nephew deadlifting like over 700lbs, gives me a back ache LOL! It will be a family gathering as well, which will make for a nice weekend! My sister makes killer chicken cutlets! Not to mention pasta, meatballs & sausage will be on the menu as well. LOL

Cold this morning, with no pleasant afternoon on tap, it appears the seasons have decided fall is over and winter shall begin. I gotta move somewhere that is perpetually warmer. Going to do some exploring regarding the courses in the Rapsodo.

  Good morning my fellow spies. A gorgeous Saturday morning is in the offing to start the weekend. Today has  60’s to start will end in the mid 70’s, with little wind. A perfect day for golf ( then again almost any day is a perfect day for golf ). Yet, NO golf for me, going to be a continuation of the never ending husband subjection as a beast of burden exercise. The “ Monstrous Monarch “ wants to sort and clean around the royal domicile. So an agony an angst filled day is at hand

For those traveling or having guests coming this weekend for an early start to the holiday week, safe travels.

Hopefully the annual invasion of Winter Texans is over and they are somewhat settled and sedate. The Texas Riviera has come back big since Harvey, some would say, too big.

LOL... showed this to my wife and I got "The Look".  I was looking for my black compression top to wear golfing in an hour and we both looked "everywhere".  I put something else on, got dressed, and then she found it... apparently when she washed it last week, she put in on top of my golf shorts pile... on top of a black pair of shorts!  I haven't worn shorts in two months!!

I have been PVRing (dont know if that is a word) the DP World Tour event all week except of course last night.

I wake up to this....Wallace hit the ball so purely down the stretch that his final six birdie putts covered a total of 15 feet, 8 inches. 

what a ball striking stripe show... I'm sure Golf Channel will highlight it on their "pregame show"

27 strokes on the back 9, 9 birdies in a row...

As the tag line goes "these guys are good!!"

Good Morning everyone!  Headed out this morning to freeze my ass off knocking a little Yellow Ball around green-turning-brown fairways covered with leaves.  At least I won't be so stressed to shoot a good score now that posting season is over until March 1.

Sorry I’ve been MIA the past couple days, work and sick/teething baby really stressing me out. I did however get to hit golf the sim for 4 hours last night. Working on the momentum change and weight shift. Y’all know what today is, gotta get some upsets going so Roll Cyclones! And more importantly Roll Tide! I hope y’all have a great day and remember “BE THE BLESSIGNG”!

Good morning! I’m at the kids gymnastics practice with a nice warm cup of coffee. The rest of the weekend is pretty relaxed and then next week is crazy with the Thanksgiving holiday.

I was up late last night trying to upload videos to the white box test review but I was never able to get it to work. I ended up creating a new YouTube channel for golf videos and I’ll embed them that way in the future.

Glad you’re able to get out on this frosty, but sunny day in Mi! Do you have any courses near you that are open throughout the winter? I’m lucky enough to have 3 that are open as long as there’s no snow on the fairways and greens.

Unfortunately, there are none open year-round in this area.

I reside about 35 miles northeast of Detroit, and my work facility is in the city.

Even the few courses that would open on nicer days in the winter now stay closed due to not being able to find people who would work. 

Best way for me to get practice and actually see ball flight is to go to Carl's Golfland where they have heated tee boxes on their range.

They stay open most nights until 7:00PM, so a couple weekends a month here in the winter have become a regular thing for me to do to at least practice.

Good evening spies…. got busy early and been working around the house all day today. Cleaned out the gutters, fired up the mowers and got them running well, re-fueled with stabilizer and put away. All batteries on the trickle charge. Drained gas in the generator and re-filled with fresh stabilized fuel after tweaking it. It’s ready for the spring power outages now.

Mowed the shooting range and got new targets hung and painted (steel targets) for the class this afternoon. 

Just as I was feeling disconnected from Golf and everything else…. the class showed up and one of the accounting guys from my golf club was in the class! Also, there was a guy who was a professional drummer from Nashville as well (I play drums so we had a lot to talk about). Was a nice highlight for the day.

Finally done. Coffee on… relaxing before bed. Have a wonderful evening all and hope you had a chance to play some today.

Happy Sunday! Frosty morning as I think about deer hunting but then….. kinda cold out, and I have a warm cup of coffee and a snuggly little dog here so…. 

Off to play drums this morning for church then time with the grandkids. Should be a great and tiring day!

Today is….well, World Toilet Day. So, this Thanksgiving, be thankful you have one. Some don’t.

Ran a 5k this morning and now enjoying my cuppa. The run started at 6am and it was 37 degrees at the start. I will need a nap.
