Feeling pretty good with the first workout of week 12.

I matched my personal best with the green stick (126) and had quite a few in the 120’s. All the others Left and Right were on the high side of recent trends... and I did this with my own driver TWICE!

Can all the testers put their starting driver swing speed in their signature so it is easier to track progress?  No big deal if not but I find myself jumping around to try and figure out the gains.

Great idea!

Definitely will do as soon as I get everything.

Experiencing a delay in getting mine due to the shipper. Hoping to have it very soon!

Week 1, Session 2 complete.

Before speed with driver was up to 108 mph after warm-up. After going through the protocol, driver speed peaked at 111 mph (same as session 1). I can still "feel" session 1 in my abs and obliques, so I'm not super surprised by the the relatively "flat" result. I got some better videos today that will go up tomorrow after I have some time to do some editing (including LH for those that want to giggle).

Wait until you guys hit the kneeling swings. I’m on my third week of those the second time around and it just plain hurts. :(

Here was a regular driver swing hitting a few balls after my session.

One of the most impressive things about the first test was the amount of improvement that @Kenny B had after the first six weeks. He improved 10 mph from his initial driver speed which was a 12% increase. I think we might see great things from you.

But you have to keep doing it.  If you take time off, a lot of the gain goes away.  Try to keep a set time every other day to do the protocol

Amen to this. I felt staying with it was the hardest part especially over the summer. Though this summer might be a little different.

Current and former testers along with @SuperSpeed Golf: I'm adapting @B.Boston spreadsheet for capturing data. The question I have is how important is it to capture data for each side (dominant/non-dominant) and for each exercise regular, step change, etc. Or do you just capture the highest SS number for each of the clubs per day. I'm data oriented but on the other hand don't want to spend time capturing data that won't provide value in the future.

It is brief and not entirely complete due to not having the product in hand yet, but here is a intro to get everyone started. Initial impressions will be updated when I have them!
Finally in regards to question posted earlier about off the tee game and if there are any worries about accuracy. My tee game is already a bit of a struggle so I really don't feel it can hurt. I am hoping that with new found speed I will be able to have a more controlled swing that will still give me some great distance gains!
