In his younger days, my rancher/neighbor friend in MT used to drive hay trucks through Wyoming... and, way more than once, fretted every white knuckle mile 😲.

Yep, the wind is insane.

I could play golf every day and learn something new each time.

Good morning fellow spies and happy Sunday. We had a cleaning service come to our house yesterday, so went out for lunch, then to the bowling alley and capped the evening with a few holes of golf. I could use a good, long range session 😂 amazing how when you get on the course after working on swing stuff all winter that your brain and body just totally forget it 🤣. Would like to get out today but not sure it’ll happen, maybe I can get on the range though. One par and two bogeys last night so not terrible!

Brother, I can't thank you enough for the resource! I worked very hard with PT after the surgery, but due to the injuries I sustained to the knee in Iraq in 2006 and having to wait 18 freaking years until I was 50 before the VA would allow the replacement, swelling made it impossible for me to do the stretches; hence the stiff knee and need for the MUA.

Now though, after the MUA, I can do the stretches and exercises extremely well. I am constantly researching for info that will add support to my current regimen.

So, all of that to explain why I am greatly appreciative for the info. Semper Fi!

More than happy to help and glad you found it helpful  That’s the wonderful thing about the forum, there are very many helpful and kind people here.  Joint replacement is not necessarily easy, just a lot of hard slogging till you get your range of motion back and start moving normally. Continue to get better and all the best.
