After numerous attempts through Sirius XM customer confusion center, their "refresh signals", them telling me it is part of my package, then saying its not part of my package, that my radio must be Sirius not Sirius XM (even though the icon on the radio shows Sirius XM).... I tried the refresh using my laptop.
