Got a call from the Doctors office this morning. I don't have kidney stones, which is great. 

 

However, I have an 8mm benign tumour in my left kidney. I'll be seeing him tomorrow to discuss what will happen going forward, either seeing a urologist or ultrasounds to keep an eye on it.

No kidney stones great! Tumor definitely have a Urologist watch that carefully.

Today my wife and I celebrate our 11th anniversary. I can't believe she has put up with me for this long.

 

I often tell her if it wasn't for her I'd probably be in prison, or dead. Wasn't on a very good path in life before we got married.

 

Best 1/3 of my life so far.

..played my first 9 hole round (league play) with my Wilson FG tour F5 irons and golly they are good.  I was hitting my 5i like it was nobody's business.  Used it to win closest to the pin on one of the holes and I was getting plenty of GIR with the rest of them.  A lotta fun, these clubs are!

Yes I definitely would enjoy that place. Cape May could be in the cards for me next year... not sure how far that is, but definitely a possibility for a tour.

Love Twisted Dune. My wife grew up about 15 minutes away and I still get to play it every year or so when I visit the in laws.

I made it through a super rigorous day in my fire academy. Did 4 highrise fires and got my butt whooped. I feel like crap now but I got through it which makes me happy.

I did a weeks worth of live shipboard firefighting training. Plus numerous hours of various other training in full gear... I feel your pain.

The highrise stuff was a butt kicker going up 4 to 5 flights of stairs then covering a whole building. I dug out a 180 lbs dummy twice so I had my good workout of the week. Now I just need to find a way to workout that pushes me that much.

The Asst. Pro at my club is inside the number to get into the PGA Championship with one round to go. Needless to say I will be following intently for the final round tomorrow.

That is fantastic! What an experience that would be. Top 20 make it, right? Where is he at now? I don't think I recognize any names but I've been watching because I played the course a couple days ago. Always fun to see a course you've played on TV.

He is T-13 right now and in by a shot. I believe it is top 20 that get in but not sure if it is limited to 20 players or Top 20 and ties. Anyone that wants to root for Kyle Higgins he would appreciate the support. Hell of a nice kid and one of the best teachers I have ever watched. He has done wonders with my son and also built a great junior program at our club.
