Yes, standard RadSpeed is matte finish. Disappointed only the tour version of the wood is matte. It does look nice!

Ha. Depends on the weather. And what those gimmie putts are set to. I also have some tournament pressure. I've been playing real well that lately but this course has me worried. I don't think I will use the driver much, instead opting for some safer shots. Maybe I need that radial weighting to give me the confidence to swing away.

The matte finish on a number of make/models has really grown on me.  Of the glossy designs, I prefer those showing the composite weave.

Yup, yup, yup. I think I'm going to be all over this with the Motore F3 and in tour length. Great pictures. Glad to see the shape is very similar to the SZX.

Bummed that the highlighter yellow doesn't come in the matte finish for the XB, but I guess I can settle for that blue/red colorway. Still slightly more flashy than the white colorway I'm currently rocking.

I agree with all of that.  The more I look at this actual driver, and the more I see of other reviews, I'm really excited about it. I plan on getting out today for at least 9 holes.  I'll take it out and leave the TSi in the office, so I won't be tempted.   I've had it out for some limited testing the past two weeks.  But now that the embargo is up and I can talk about it more, I'll give it some more real on course time to see what it's got.

I love Matte finishes a bit more as well.

I also have the Pars & Stripes SZ Extreme which is has the Red and Blue but the glossy white crown, which is a different look, but works for the intended purposes.

Man, I'm really digging the look of these clubs and will definitely have to kick the tires on them.  I thought the TR20 was going to be safe in my bag for a while, but maybe not...

Like @B.Boston, I'm a little disappointed in the lack of adjustability in the hybrids though.  I really need an anti-left hybrid, and being able to adjust the loft makes gapping a lot easier.  Maybe a Cobra utility iron instead...

I would just love to be able to bend mine flat 2 degrees like my irons.  The designs don't seem to favor that though.

I’m pretty sure you can get your hybrid adjusted. The hosel has to meet certain specs. Reach out to Cobra and ask. It is possible with some hybrids.

Got out for 8 holes this afternoon and after a case of driver yips on the first hole, i hit the RAD XB very solidly.  It was a tad cool, 50 degrees and a slight breeze.   
 

The drives didnt break any records, mostly kn the 190 ish range which was all carry, as i i could see the pitch marks usually within a foot of each drive.   
 

One drive i was a bit disappointed in, where i thought i hit it as well as i possibly could.  But it was 196.  
 

 But the drives were all center cut fsirways...except for the first hole   
 

The flight was good and the sound is just fine.  I have plans to get on an indoor SIM soon with it and the TSI.

How about the ol' subjective sound and feel stuff?  I want a driver to be communicative as far as how I missed it, yet still forgive the miss!  Ha ha  I only demo'd a SpeedZone for about 10 shots but I felt like it did that.

Sound is quite pleasing, not a nice sharp crack like the Tsi2 that I love.  But much less loud than a PING G series and not as muted as some of the Carbon Fiber ones like MAVRIK.  

I tested out the low heel miss....just for you guys.   The distance loss wasn't bad at all and you can definitely feel the difference between a heel and sweetsop strike.  So you know it from that aspect.  But again, It doesn't kill you in performance.  Which is a plus.

I am REALLY interested in this driver...keep the feedback coming.  Really love my TR20 but I'm going to have to kick some tires come spring...then wait for the wife to be in a REALLY good mood....

Hey, did you happen to get your SIM data on this? Maybe I missed the thread. Thinking my EF SZ is a little to unforgiving to me and the XB sounds like the solution.
