Well, I can't believe I turned 47 last month. Last time I looked that seemed like a long way away.

I can't believe my oldest daughter turned 19 today (back home in Oz). How do I have a child that old?

You all can tell me to stuff it if you don't want to go down this road, but speaking of Episode I, did it occur to anyone else that maybe QUEEN Amidala might have been able to scrape together the resources to arrange for the release of Anakin's mother? Might have saved the universe a lot of hassle.

I've actually used that line a time or two when someone has asked how old I am. I think they're surprised when I tell them because I act like I'm 12.

I dont have kids and I've never seen any of these Star Wars or Jedi movies.

Right there with you on the Star Wars movies, Rob.  Never seen a single Star Wars or Star Trek movie.  Then again, I've never seen a comic book movie either with the exception of the original Super Man from the late 70's.  I was a pre-teen when I saw it so I'm guessing it turned me off to the whole concept.  Terrible movie!
