bardle 2,187
As promised. The Chaos fulfilled all my wildest dreams. The front 9 was abysmal. But the back 9 we started getting along. Also hit a 300+ drive(even if it was downhill) Edit: Review time The Wilson Chaos is everything it sounds like. The ultimate trash tier ball. Capable of allowing even the shortest of hitters to cave in clubfaces and send drives long enough to make DJ crap his pants. The flip side of that is that even the lightest chips around the green leave behind a tattered crippled version of the surface it once was. I felt ashamed knowing no divot tool on Earth could repair the craters left behind by Chaos. In summary. This ball destroys everything in it's path, blasts off the tee, kills small animals like a homing missile and makes DJ crap his pants. NiftyNiblick 1,962
I'm devastated at missing this event. The original 336 dimple Spalding Top Flite, predating the XL, was my favorite ball ever. It felt very similar to hitting a vintage, real ivory cue ball, but it was a great ball for clubbing yourself because every one was exactly the same. In those days before computer controlled machinery, no two wounds ball in a dozen, even the premium ones, were exactly alike. Hard to believe now, but even Sam Snead said it in a magazine article.
