Got Problems?

Nothing like getting into the office early, only to have the lot across the street that they just cleared being prepped for construction...by cutting down and grinding a few oak trees.  The windows are thick but not enough to keep out the high level of noise...should of just telecommuted today...

Okay, I work at a golf course. All I do is pick the range and wash carts, but at least it's something. Anyway, before work today, I snuck in 18. I finished and put away my sticks in the pro shop. 10 minutes before I finished, I pulled them out so I wouldn't forget them. I thought it would be fine to leave them in the main room because everything was shut down, the lights were all off, and the door was closed. Keep in mind, this was at 8:30 PM. When I went to grab them, I noticed that my TM M1 driver was missing, along with my 4i. A co-worker found out that some stragglers at the range had wandered into the pro shop and thought my clubs were in the $10 section! Without asking anyone, they brought them out to the range and started beating balls. When I finally got to them, the crown was peppered with sky marks. It was pretty bad. The guy pulled out his wallet, but what was I going to say? "Yeah, that'll be $500." I didn't take anything but it was crazy that they could do so much damage in five minutes. Just a big bummer to have it happen. Hopefully the marks come off...

Lot's of pain in my left hip lately. Thank goodness I'm reviewing SGI irons (Cleveland HB) as it looks like I will need the built in forgiveness. Calling my orthopedic surgeon tomorrow for an appointment to have my hip x rayed. It's crazy because I broke my right hip three years ago and I thought it would be the one causing issues.

Thanks buddy.  I'm backing off some leg exercises at the gym like presses etc. to see if maybe that was causing a flare up.   I didn't call the doc today however if I still have an issue tomorrow I'll get with him.

I have a hip spur from a sledding accident years ago, and it tends to make itself known after heavy walking. Doesn't change my swing, which is a good thing.

I had a hunch. But I figured maybe you would get a chuckle when calling me a jackass for my captain obvious comment.

 

I'm sure I only read less than a few percent of all the content on here. But I hear what you are saying. Some of it is just trolling. Some of it probably comes from frustrations from bad communication. I suppose some is from the high competitive nature of some people that can't just agree to disagree.

 

But I've had half a post written out several times and just deleted it because I am sure someone is going to find some way to either get bent out of shape or start some side argument that I never intended.

Worst mistake of my life... trying to save time I went north. Been 3 damn hours and I'm still not around DC.

 

Why would anyone do this to themselves on a daily basis? This is bad!! Like really bad!!! I'm about to leave my car and walk.
