Thursday is becoming my favorite day of the week just for the community call. Had a great time on the call today and I'm looking forward to next week.

I was just thinking something very similar! At the start of each week, I actively look forward to Thursday at 4. The calls with special guests are, of course, awesome. But the calls where it’s just a small group discussion of forum activity are my favorite.

Agreed with @sirchunksalot and @Ben Joest with how good it is to jump on for as long as possible.  Today's link suffered from being too close to the Canadian border along the Niagara River passing by the hydro-electric plants on both sides of the river.  But until then it was great!

This sums up how I feel about joining the community calls.

A lot of interaction between the members and always a great time!

I missed a little bit in the middle there, something came up at work. However, it was another good call and I'm looking forward to the next one. 

Also, I can't wait to see what 2024 has in store!

I enjoyed this evening's call as usual. It's always good to catch up on the happenings in the forum and just discussing golf with all of you. Like @TSauer said, after the call I'm really looking forward to what 2024 is going to bring.

The community call screener is still to hard for some of us ( ) to get past ( probably a good thing ) to be able to join    the call…. Can those of us on the outside and unable to partake get the Cliff’s Notes of today’s call or is this on a need to know basis?

I am sorry I could not join, however, I was playing a round where I nearly earned my Broke 70 MGS badge . However, a triple bogey on the 17th hole stopped that dead.

Disappointed I had to drop early since it sounds like there were some good things communicated.   The most disappointing part is that my MRI was cancelled due to a broken machine.  Of course they waited until 4:50 to tell me this.

I listened from work, and just got home after leaving maybe 5 minutes after the call ended.

Again, a good call, and a lot of members attending, which always is a good thing.

For those who missed it and are looking for a recap, Jamie and Matt gave some insight into what to expect for 2024 without divulging too many details to spoil any surprises.

Next week I will be traveling, and most likely will miss it, but those who haven't made the time, really should make the time to get some insight into the "behind the scenes" work the MGS staff does to ensure that this is the best golf forum on the web.

Not only do you get insight, but you have an opportunity to provide input and your thoughts directly to the team managing the site.   It is not a one way conversation.    Plus there is just general conversation about anything golf.

It was great to hear all the banter and news, always enjoyable with plenty to laugh about that makes my drive go well.  Only one more HOPE session left at Niagara Frontier GC next week so only one more opportunity to give those who enjoy watching something move the view out of the windshield.  Really enjoyed sharing the early experiences of learning and using the Lean Lock Putter with Curtis also contributing from his point of view, that was as good for focusing the testing as anything else we can be doing, not necessarily collaboration but information sharing in a way that calms any concerns that we are going in the right direction, and the conclusion of the community call that it is a new and different way to learn to putt as an alternative is right on

We had Sam Hahn, CEO L.A.B. Golf as a guest not too long ago and here is something from email received today from the company I still get after testing my DF2.1 last year.  Great video of L.A.B. putters and Sam Hahn and Adam Scott having a putting match.

I must admit that despite having at least 2 putters that I like and can comfortably game, I still feel the pull of the LAB putters and am fortunate/unfortunate (depending on how you look at it) that neither of the local golf galaxy’s carry them in stock.

Have Golf Galaxy near me. Use their range, Trackman and occasional lesson to fine tune. Bought a 3 pack of lessons over Fathers Day at 50%off. It like going to Costco. Always cost more than you planned

I had an enjoyable time on the call again this evening. It was a lot of random discussion (which was fun) and as always it was great to talk to everyone.
