Yeah I did a long time ago. I had better rounds with the OG Epic Sub Zero and went with that until it cracked.

I love going through this thread from time to time. 

I have set a personal goal that come time of the second baby (mid June) my bag will be locked in for 2023. 

At the moment there is really only one true lock which is the King SZ 3 wood. I love the shaft that I got for it with the Motore f3 and it flies so much higher and still has so much help and just solid performance that it is a lock for the bag. 

Putter is also likely a lock for the season, unless I get creative and put the Ping fetch head in the strokelab shaft.

Irons are likely going to stay. They aren't in any immediate danger, however I do have my eyes on the i525 and i230s. 

Wedges - I have my eyes on the Mizuno S23 wedges. I love my glides and wont just change to change, but that is on the table. 

Mid long game clubs. The older titleist hyrbid has been good. Need to regrip it and honestly I am so tired of changing clubs in this area that I am having a hard time being bothered to change. I have a 7 wood I can put in, I have a 2 iron, I have the hybrid, 4 crossover and Adams DHY so I can play around with those as I already have them, but won't be making additional purchases in this section. 

Driver I have the shootout going on so one of those will win out. 

I will have further updates and photos over the coming days and weeks here as it continues and evolves. 

Shot tracking system, golf ball, range finder are on the radar for what will be the go to for the season!

Had the 7 wood in play this last round and was content may be the best word. I used it 3 or 4 times during the round and it performed as expected. Nothing crazy good and not horrible. 

I much prefer my 3 wood and still just am in a haze for this mid game gap. Part of the trouble is I don't use these clubs often enough. I didn't even have to use 4 or 5 iron last round. Wasn't in the distance and maybe when the tees are moved back I will have to, however now the way the course is setup those are useless clubs in the bag.

Update: Mizuno S23 wedges have been ordered. I suspect they will be 4 weeks out, but am super excited for them.

Only 13 Clubs right now I know, but still really struggling with the 5 iron to 3 wood gap. Frankly it's also a not so used area and I not having a club there has yet to hurt my game or been in a spot where I go crap I could really use this club.

I traded a 64°/07° sm4 vokey away after a year of playing with it. It was really fun once I realized the optimal swing speed was around 45 mph to pop the ball about 6 yards forward. 

The first time I tried hitting it was on a mat. I swing 80 mph, looking out in the distance where is the ball? Still sitting in place. I ended up swinging under it like pulling a tablecloth off magic trick. Did this a few time before I consciously slowed my swing to make contact.

I admit I have some cleanup work to do on the ferrules as I was a bit generous with the amounts and stupidly did it in a bit of a rush, however am pretty happy with these. 

I am torn on the shafts. They are heavy, but maybe I am just weak? haha

Either way these provide the flexibility I have been looking for and am excited to game them for the next little while.

I’m waiting to give those p790s a try on my next iron go around! Such a clean look. The custom ferrules are a fantastic way to jazz them up

I put some photos of these already in another thread, but had a few additions/updates to put in here. 

There are also 2 new putters coming for demo and while I wont be doing a full putter shootout I am going to do a lot more testing as I want to see some key differences and see a little what role or difference shaft has to do with it all.

Making it a goal of mine for this weekend along with a laundry list of other things to do to do a proper WIMB update here with some photos. I did update a bit, but some things are being played around with and tweaked while others will be locks for the next little bit. 

However doing this update is a priority as I am quite enjoying the bag setup and performance, just need a few smaller adjustments to really make it tick!

What are your thoughts on the Mizuno wedges? I haven’t hit them yet but love the look and if they are anything like my 921 Tours then I’m sure I’ll love them.

Very impressed. I'll have more details soon, only played a couple rounds but been able to make a lot of shots. 

The one big difference compared to my ping is i can more aggressive with the swings. Meaning they just fly different. I felt with ping I had to be very gentle and count for a good amount of roll. The Mizuno seem ton fly softer and have a bit more spin? It's different for sure.

I do still prefer the ping for bunkers

I thought the same thing! I've mocked up about 50 different mezz versions on the LAB website, but never considered that finish. It looks awesome in the photos and in Jamie's bag! 

I was a little surprised to see the King F7 FW wood when everything else is a new release. Very cool!

The F7 has been a staple in my bag for years. Don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. Just a trusted club that I really enjoy hitting.

The wedges are several years old too. Glide 2.0. I do have new Mizuno, but something about these pings keep coming back.

I hear you with the Glides.  I've still got the Glide 1.0, there is something about a good wedge that just keeps it in the bag.

For the first time in a well forever I am really happy with everything in my bag and really enjoy hitting all my clubs....until something newer and more shiny comes along!

Amazing to think that 3 wood is still there nearly 6 years on. 

The partner is making a return as well.

Will do some tweaking and see where the weight and settings should be, but it's freshly regripped and ready to go!

Love the progression from the first bag to now. Your first bag was very similar to my bag a few years ago. Curious as to how you liked the raw TCs? I've been staring at the raw CBs for a while now.
