Warm water and an old toothbrush for me.

But, to try and keep them a bit more respectable during rounds I just bought a Caddy Splash.

Holds water and the brushes are really firm. Works a charm.

I’ve been using the Caddy Splash for a awhile now as well and will also say that I love having it on the bag. Quick clean when need be and the clubs are always ready for the next shot.

I will use Dawn to clean, but then I will use either Brasso or Flitz on the irons and metal wood faces, followed by hitting them with a buffing wheel on my screw gun.  For the woods, I also polish them with Turtle wax, followed again with a buffing.  Not only do I clean them, but then they are also polished and have protection against rust ( unless of course that's the finish you want).

While playing a wet towel and a stiff brush to get debris out of the grooves. After the round I use the splash caddie on all clubs. I use dawn and water with Mr. Erase on the grips after 5 rounds.

Have been using Simple Green for grips and heads for years along with a stiff bristle finger nail brush found in the dollar barrel at an auto parts store, bought 10 brushes, should last a very long time, they wear well.

I had been using 'real stiff' nail brushes for years and usually found them at drugstores, department stores, and such, but years ago they seemed to vanish and those available for sale had weak bristles so I was pleasantly surprised seeing them at the auto parts place, for those greasy hands, and I grabbed those puppies up quick.

whatever you decide on I highly suggest cleaning them after each round. don't need to do it right away, but if you wait the dirt and stuff will build up and it will really get stuck in the clubheads and takes twice as long. if you just dip in water and a quick scrub then it doesn't take long at all.

After rounds- Dawn/warm water and a used toothbrush head in my "electric" toothbrush on the irons/Hybrids. UW and Driver get wiped down w a damp towel and a moist toothbrush to get any recessed areas/parts. The grips get wiped down with a moist towel with every cleaning.

During rounds- a wet(damp) towel to wipe them off(if necessary) and Frogger brush to get the gunk out, and a dry towel

OMG! Is that stuff still around?  I remember an old Don Knotts movie...some sort of ghost in a haunted house where there was an organ playing in the old tower and one character always made reference they tried to clean the blood off the ivory keys, and they even tried Bonami.  Don't ask me why that line stuck with me. But it did. So funny how the mind works.

I clean my club heads as I play, with a wet towel and a brush if necessary. I scrub my grips at least once a month with soap and water and a brush, because the grips start to get slick after a dozen rounds or so.

211 courses and counting. I play mostly Callaway with 2 Ping wedges and an old Ping Kush Putter. I’m currently playing Taylormade TP5 or Tour Response balls.

I loved that movie @Dweed.  Ghost & Mr. Chicken was on the "Movies!" channel last month. It's still funny! Don Knotts with those quirky moves! 🤣

For clubheads I use a wet towel while playing and a brush when needed. Why wait until after the round to clean them? I also carry a white magic eraser pad in my bag to clean off tee marks on the bottom/face of the driver, usually at the beginning of the round if needed. For grips Black Magic Bleche-Wite tire cleaner works great, maybe once a month.

I bought a generic GrooveIt knockoff brush from Aliexpress for $5 for when I'm on the course, and at home I put them into a tub of hot water (to just below the top of the hozels) when I walk through the door, and come back 15min later and give them a once over with a wire brush and they come up perfect every time.

On course a medium bristle brush and some water to clean the clubs.

At home a sponge wand with a little bit of soap and water.

New clubs with annoying stickers I can't recommend enough a paper towel and light "GooGone" and just a little bit of wiping.

At home, soap and water.

On the course, between shots a wet towel is enough, just don't let it dry...

For clubheads, I just keep the grooves clean and wipe the heads with a damp cloth when there's visible debris.

But for grips? This thing has been absolutely awesome. I've probably had it for 20 years. Their solution has long since run dry. But all I need to do is wet the grip, add a little dish soap to the cylinder, and scrub for only seconds. The rinsing off of the grip afterward is the longest step.

I can clean all of my clubs' grips in minutes. Minimal effort, maximum result. After all of these years, the bristles are still very firm and entirely effective.
