While I’m waiting, what’s everyone’s plan for testing these things (if there’s instructions I haven’t seen them, sorry)? I typically play Maxfli Tour X and Pro V1x. My initial inclination is to play this up against my Maxfli head to head at my local Muni and then hit the sim with them and do the same thing. That is usually how I test balls as well. Compare them to your gamer. Both distance wise and holding the green. Then get spin data and launch angle from a launch monitor. I will usually play 2 balls (my normal ball and the testing ball) for three rounds of golf. This gives me a good feel for its capabilities, durability and if it’s a good fit for me. If we were getting more than a sleeve then I would add in bunker play to really see how the paint hold up. Looking forward to testing it head-to-head against the new Maxfli Tour balls I got earlier last month with the MSG discount code. Getting close to the end of the season here in Colorado. Snowed 6” last weekend, and in the 70s this weekend. Hoping to get a round or two in then heading to a simulator. Tracking says I will be getting mine on Thursday, and am playing on Friday so I’ll be seeing how they play then. Depending on what time that get delivered I may get some practice in with them first.
