Something that also helps me is stand in the shower with your back to the spray .. make the water hotter and hotter for a while .. then flip it to c-c-c-OH-lld and let that run on your back/back of the leg, too. Can do another cycle of that; really helps to get the blood flow in and out of the area.

Potentially time for a change. Lease was up in August and now we go month to month - Unlimited on our terms. 

We mainly just want to see what's out there and if we can find a place with more space as our family has grown by 2 humans since moving here. We have good space, but also could use a bit more.

Good morning MGSpies on a hey it's sunny WNY Saturday.  Hot coffee  supplied by MyGolfSpouse has everything on the up side and sure to help those home jobs that I am yet to be aware of that will be much easier to get done  Yesterday after work headed to the PGA HOPE Down Range play day at Glen Oak GC with 9 fellow HOPE graduates for a no-hurry round as the evening was reserved for the WNY PGA Headquarters including our Down Range play.  Finished just before nightfall and with heavy clouds that thankfully stopped dropping drizzle, the course was CPO taking over 2 hours to play a 9 hole round.  There was also a fundraiser Longest Driver competition for PGA REACH but my time needed to be closer to home with my long-time friend, retired Buffalo policeman, fellow Scout Dad, and most frequent golf partner... we had one last opportunity for our foursome to get together around a campfire to enjoy conversation, banter, and a 19th hole brew.  If we play again it will be in his retirement home of choice in the Denver area (and that reminds me I need to get his profile going for MGS Forum as it is apparently giving him problems )

Good Morning Folks,

The sun is out, I have zero Ide what the temps will be. Taking the mini to the shop today, started sputtering, loss of power, wasn't over heating so off the shop it goes. I'vr been telling my wife I want to get something different for the running around. My clubs fit, but when we both go it's a full car as we both use clicgear carts. 

 

Then working on scheduling of nearly 400 youth football games. I'm to get the first couple of weeks done at the least. 

 

Scramble tomorrow, I was charged with making Kahlua pork. It's easy but I still need to get to the store to pick up a Pork Butte.

[Tom the Golf Nut]

You know your a golf nut when the golf pro texts you at 6:15 in the morning asking if you were coming to play this morning. Since I played yesterday I planned on sleeping in today. So much for sleeping in. The pool is vacuumed and treated, the yard work is almost done. The grocery shopping is done. I’ll play golf tomorrow morning. Then clean the clubs and pack them for my trip next week.

Thanks! Ball striking was definitely the difference yesterday. Irons felt solid and I was hitting wedges pretty close as well.

Have to say a good productive morning even if I managed to oversleep on my alarms. Unfortunately kids just aren't sleeping great which has been making for some long nights and tougher mornings. 

Last day for Badenfahrt which is a once in every 10 years celebration in the city I live near. Over 1.5 million people over 10 days come to this and it has a slew of street vendors, music, and well a whole lot more. We went down last Sunday and it was crazy and as it is the last night we may be obligated to go again tonight.

uneventful one here just relaxing with coffee and some breakfast in a little while

Son has his football scrimmage at 10 so will be at the field for a few hours for that.

Hopefully after that I can grab some 14/2 wire to finish a project (had 20’ from an old project and was hoping it would be long enough but was about 2’ short……gotta go spend and atrocious amount on the increase in wiring now)

It is a youth soccer Sunday as the oldest has a game at 9, if they win that they make the tournament final this afternoon. No golf today, but I may sneak up to the range this evening for a virtual round on the top tracer range. TBD.

Good morning spies! I had a great time at the tour championship yesterday! A great experience and I can't wait to go to another tournament. Just watching it on TV today and then catching a plane tonight to head home. Should be a relaxing day.

Good morning Spies on a cool and sunny MIchigan morning. Have a tee-time later this afternoon and hoping that the course will be drier than the last time I played on Friday. Finished all I needed to do yesterday around the house, so today will be a quiet day, and sometimes those are the best kind to have.

Good morning spies!

I took the opportunity to get a little extra shut eye this morning and an spending time drinking coffee and keeping the animals company. Today is the last day of the crazy hot weather we've had for the last week and I saw there's rain moving in to start the week.

There's not much on the docket for today, I've worked 12/14 days the last two weeks (I wish my GIR was that good), so I'm not going to get into much today. I'll be grilling dinner tonight and going out for groceries. 

@rkj427, I hope you have fun out there and that the course has dried up so you're not playing casual water golf.

GoodMorning everyone!  Skipped playing yesterday but went for a 5 mile walk to see if I could shake off some of the pains.  Seemed to help a little, but no sleep last night as the pains came back.  Today I'm  playing with friends so I thought I'd at least give it a try.  

Holy Crap!!  Tee time is 7:05 and according to @Vegan_Golfer_PNW, I need at least 2 hours to get things moving!!  I better get started!!  

Good luck if y'all are playing today.  Friends don't let friends 3-putt.

Good morning all!

I slept poorly after getting home late last night. It's "Oktoberfest Season" in Cincinnati, and I worked the first one (Germania) until late last night and am going back this afternoon. Then next weekend it's all day for three days, as I'm running the parking lot for the next one (Liberty Home, Hamilton). In a few minutes I'm going to sneak out for about two hours on the bike, and see if I can't get some blood moving in my legs again.

Getting out to a new course today (Hodge Park GC) at 10. Couldn’t ask for better weather right now, not even in the 70s yet. Have some changes in the bag since I’ve last played, new 7 wood and matching shaft for driver. Hopefully there are some fairways in my future .

Good morning, folks! The heat dome is finally no longer and the weather is looking decent for the upcoming week. I got a tournament next weekend, so hopefully I can get a couple rounds in over the next few days.

Good Sunday Afternoon!

Was up early to take care of the pooch, then back in the sack for me after not getting into until 3:00 am!!

Yep 0300 .. we were baby sitting a cousins kids so they could have a rare night out and go to a friend's surprise 40th .. ended up the party was big and they got to see a lot of people they hadn't in a while, so it was worth it. Plus my wife did most of the work with the two older ones, bless her heart

And they have Disney+ so I got to see the start of "Asohka" (ok) and a few episodes of "The Mandalorian" (like that one better).

So between chasing and holding a squirmy one year old, getting in teenager late and practicing yesterday no golf for this old guy today
