NEVRLOOZ Pro Clip cart bag

Just received my new bag yesterday, putting it to use this afternoon.  Yes I know, a few years back, MSG most wanted cart bag comparison, rated the NL low in the final standings.  New design for 2023 and I wanted to give it a shot.  I like the fact that's its extremely different, clubs are separated with clips, no club chatter, plenty of pockets, panels can be switched out fairly easily, and has a "no twist" bottom.  Going to post an initial unofficial review after a week of use,  then again after a few months.  This thing will definitely give the bag guys at our course headaches figuring it out!!

had a wedge fitting and tried SM9, Jaws Raw, Cleveland, Taylormade - sm9 were close but these just felt better, spun more and distance was about the same. I'll be curious how long it takes for rust to build up on the face.

I love the look and feel! The grooves are impressive too, they cut up balls like nothing else I’ve played. For some that may be a downside but for me I need all the spin I can get to hold a green.

That's the exact reason I'm not switching all my wedges to these. I keep a set PW and a sm8 gap to have different options for landing. If I got 50° Jaws forged I was looking at to replace the gap wedge, I was worried I'd spin off a lot of greens from 65-90y out. The sm8 doesn't spin nearly as much especially after 100+ rounds with it, and I can count on that when I want a closed face rollout type pitch. My Jaws FT is full swing 75y and stop, but I open the face and shorten my swing to create lobs down to 8y or so.

I game the new Jaws (Black Plasma) in 54 and 58 - curious to see how the Cobra Snakebites hold up given the Jaws are spin machines.

These are just the most "player" looking model. There are models like the TS3, TS2, Sti2, or KE4 Max  that are ultra forgiving and extremely fun to play. TBH, I've even thought about making a set of KE4 Max irons for myself because they're just that awesome! 

You don't need to be hyper-obsessed and slightly off kilter like me to play Maltby clubs.  You can order fully built sets from the club packs or custom packs and their customer service is really helpful. It's just an unconventional method of buying clubs but it's super easy.

Actually... Yeah, looked through the MPF charts and 3 of their iron heads are in the SGI category, or .. more "playable" vs what I have now and what I've been looking at... Hmmm.

Ordered and received my used TSR3 from Asia.  Hard to believe this is used.  As indicated by the store manager, it was probably bought in error and returned after it was taken out of the plastic.  Unlike Canada, it also comes with a wrench too.
Looking forward to seeing this in the bag after getting a GP MCC+4 grip installed.

The chipper comment hurts lol. I struggle at chipping and until I get better I bought a Cleveland Smart Sole chipping Wedge and it may be the best money per stokes gain in the bag, if not its tied with the putter.

I tried that chipper but never could get good with the feel and where to land the ball but for those that do it is definitely a "cheat" club. laughing all the way to the bank!!

I experimented with the Odyssey for a few months, ultimately decided the good ones weren't outweighing the bad ones. My putter is milled, so switching back and forth to the insert chipper was hard to adjust. I bet if I tried it with an insert putter I would've gamed it better.

Cleveland is a modified version of a standard wedge not an insert, Ping has a version also. I mentioned getting one and my buddies ribbed me pretty hard and last month we had a for fun scramble and ended up with the extra man 5th person on our team and none of them could get the ball anywhere near the hole either on a regular basis so let them laugh if they want but unless they get better fast they will be putting off some of my chips onto the green the next scramble. .

I took a little teasing with the chipper, too. I really wanted to like it, I payed $50 for it and put a $30 SS grip on it.

Used it for the 1st time yesterday and unless its beginners luck I would fight a SOB who trys to take it from me lol. Just played 9, the rain was coming but I put several chips inside a few feet including a few that werent exactly on the fringe lol. I struggled with pulling my irons yesterday, no idea why.
