At the moment, Miles Davis Kind of Blue. Just discovered The Explorers Club. If you like mid-sixties California pop music you’ll probably like them. The leader of the group has a major obsession for The Beach Boys, Turtles and Burt Bacharach.

I stumbled onto Postmodern Jukebox somehow, a remake of "All about the Bass":

I keep going back and finding more of these that I love.  There's also a version of "Dear Prudence" with two of these singers that's pretty amazing too.  Lots of retro arrangements of much more modern songs.
