Well....   I'm back.

Previous Gen rtx zipcore 46.  Brand new.  It's a little close to my PW at 44 but the gapping works really well from a PD/GI pitching wedge to a blade wedge.  I've been mulling a shift from my Mizuno wedges to the zipcores.  The Mizuno's are great but that added bit of forgiveness in the Zipcores with the blade look might be a better fit.  Something about the Srixon/Cleveland brand just works for me.   I may be in here announcing a new 52 and 56 pretty quickly if I hit it during actual play like I did at the range today.    😆

Last Friday I was fitted for RTX6 wedges to blend with my new JPX923 HM 6-GW (48).  They have light Recoil 460 F3 shafts.  Settled on a 52* and 56* mid bounce with Recoil 760 ESX F2 shafts.  My club submitted my order this morning.

Just bought a set of Sub70 699 pros. 6-PW off their pre owned site. The 8 iron is a little scratched on the sole but the face is perfect and the rest are mint. They feel amazing and the distance is insane. That might have something to do with them not being 30 years old like old set or actually being fitted to me but I basically added 10-15 yards for each iron. Customer service is top tier too never had such a good experience ordering anything, even gave me a free hat!

Good looking clubs! The hat and the extra distance is a fair trade off for a few sole scratches.

My Mizuno 919 7 iron hot metal pro 30deg arrived today, will be installing a shaft soon and hit tomorrow or possibly later today depending on the rain. Can anyone say why there is a screw into the hozel and is it for a special adapter type fitting? 🤔

Well yesterday I was showing a buddy my 919/921 ??? Purchase details on eBay because he didn't believe it was $25, and in actual fact I'd bought a Mizuno 921 but received the 919? I couldn't believe it and I was looking at the 7iron thinking there's something wrong from when I opened the package but couldn't think what's wrong, it's still in the plastic wrap looks 😞 new must be ok.

I sent the seller a message saying he's sent the wrong 7iron and his reply (attached) is sorry 😞 I give you half refund (it's happened 3 times before different sellers) but I want what I paid for, it's $97 not a lot of money but I don't know what to do. What would you do?

It's strange I was really excited and now feel so flat 😠 angry...

Not new clubs but recently bought a Bushnell Phantom 2 GPS and I’ve been loving it. At least for me, works easier than a laser since I dont have the steadiest hands to aim at the flag and this little device gives me a reliable distance to the center of the green and you can even interact with it to choose the position of the pin in the green for an accurate measure to the flag. It algo give you info on the distances from the tees like distance to a bunker, hazard, water, OBs, etc. it was a great purchase and I would recommend it.

I like it as well. I have the laser to use when uncertain, and will occasionally ask my Dad to use his with slope when required, but for the majority of shots I come across on course the Phantom 2 provides a solid estimate basis while staying attached to my bag most of the time.

I recently ordered a pair of spiked shoes for my Canadian golf buddy here in Mexico. He got in trouble with one of the pay services because he doesn't have an American mailing address for his credit card. I was fitted for shoes and found that I needed to go up in size. I wanted to have a second pair so I can alternate shoes. I walk my course and sometimes wearing the same shoes, my feet sometimes feel a bit wonky. While prepping his order, I found a pair of Under Armour Golf Charged Draw Shoes ($100) that were coming to my house. I have a pair of Sqairz that fit really well but, I can't seem to bring myself to spend over $200 on a pair of shoes.

I can’t either. MSRP for the Puma Proadapt Alphacats that are on the way to me now was in the mid-$100s. They are now $100 and I also used $10 in Golf Galaxy rewards to get them to $90. Sweet spot for shoes for me!

Just recently got fitted for irons for the first time... Much needed.  Not sure why it took me so long to getting around to it - game changer!

Ended up going with Mizuno's Pro 223 irons fitted with Dynamic Gold 105 shafts!  Previous irons were Cleveland HB3s.  I instantly increased distance and club speed.

Nice! I was fit into a set of Mizuno Pro 223's recently too, I've got the Nippon Modus 115 shafts.

I also pulled the trigger on a Ventus TR 6X (Red) driver shaft.

I absolutely agree that alternating shoes helps the feet . Im guessing different pressure points on the bottom due to to different cushioning but all I know is it helps.

I was in the market for a GW, and @revkev post about Indi got me interested in them.

Keep getting situations where my PW is too much and the SW (56°) is always short. I ended up with a 52° FLX-S Grind, with the standard wedge flex shaft. Storming pretty hard today, but hopefully get to try it out soon. Also had them put matching grips on.

I had a gift card at Dicks so for the first time ever I bought a Tour Edge Exotics club.  I ordered an E723  3 Hybrid (19 degrees) to compete for bag time with my Big Bertha B23 5 Wood. Who knows I may become a Tour Edge fan!

All I know is as time goes by the reviews for them seem to get better and better. Im considering a hybrid and TEE is in the final few countdown.

I have played TEE clubs periodically over the years and have always found them to be great clubs.   I believe they were the based fairway woods in the market.   Still decent but others have caught up, IMO.   I'd pick an older model over their newer stuff if I was buying one.   The rest of their products have definitely gotten better.
