Busy week this week so I’m just now getting to the “Good Morning” post today ha! Played a round this weekend and scored well on the par 3s and short par 4s but the driver killed me on the other holes. Need to get to the range today and figure some things out with the big stick! Big tournament coming up in a week so that means 7 days to find the fairway… have a week my friends!

Good morning everyone!! Heading home from 3 nights of camping, my wife and I have a 1988 Ford econoline 24 foot motorhome that we bought from her mom and dad, only 67, 000. Kim’s on the engine. Not luxury but not tenting either lol… anyway back at golf on Tuesday, interclub against Royal Colwood, a beautiful private club in Colwood bc just outside of Victoria, then interclub at home OV against Cordova Bay on Thursday. So a couple of good competitive reps this week… looking forward to getting back on the horse again…

Good morning MGS! I hope your Tuesday is off to a good start. I see the testers were announced for the Paradym drivers and it looks like we've got a great group that's going to get to see what the hype is about.

It's a nice morning here in TN, low 60's and just the thought of waking up one day closer to vacation is wonderful. 

I'm sitting in my car drinking coffee and ready to get this day going.

I am almost as excited about the Paradym test as I would be if I was testing.  Such a good group!

I’m off to the gym and then a dental cleaning.  Doesn’t that sound fun?   Ha.

Good Morning everyone--- Up as SOP early of course coffee going and 2 cups already consumed. We have the first of a 2 day Men's League tournament. Getting ready for it. Yesterday was sorta mudane and I basically took the day off. I was up early and we ate breakfast and I went back to bed. Got up and did some short game stuff off the mat in the yard. Decided to ride over to the course about 2 or so and did some short game practice and then did a 6 hole practice round playing my vintage stuff with my front line wedges and a putter I am experimenting with. Just fun and relaxation for me.

Seems like a long while since I played a regular game   MGS Forum tour tag ready to go on the bag on the course, makes for an auspicious day coffee before heading into the office for a view down Lake Erie being downtown. Good morning Spies, on a clear Tuesday morning in the Motor City area. Supposed to be hitting 80 today before another "cool down" for tomorrow and the rest of the week. I was able to get in a 9 hole round after work yesterday, trying to get to 5 18 hole rounds for the MGS tag. May be able to complete my 2nd 9 holes and have round 2 in the books this evening. That is my goal for today. HAve a great day, make it the best it possibly can be!

I've only got like 6 or so pages to catch up on here after being away for the weekend... 

Today is the "Meet-a-versary" of the date that I first met my honey - so we're going to happy hour later back at the same place where it happened. Ok, yeah corny, but fun.

GM Happy Tuesday!  Exec @ 7am this morning and it’s windy & little cool.  Probably another CPO like yesterday with the rain yesterday afternoon.  
Yesterday putting was bad again, just misses that can drive you crazy.  
Small group this morning as Doc appts, and a multitude of health issues are going on.

Good morning fellow spies. Woke up with a smile on my face still reminiscing about my round at Landmand yesterday. The greens are everything you've seen or heard about on socials. I actually used my rangefinder to measure my distance after hitting the green on one of the par 3's. A whopping 45 yards for birdie!!! Lipped out the 18 footer I had for par and there were several other times I was 40-50 feet for birdie. Definitely worth the trip if you live in the region and should definitely be part of your trip if you ever decide to play the courses in the sandhills area of Nebraska. Only 4 days left in the school year and each day closer to the end brings a bigger smile to my face. Summer means a lot of golf!!!

Good morning MGS'ers! Second week of my Tuesday scramble league this evening with a 5:30pm shotgun tee time. My partner and I finished even par last week, so we will see if we can improve on that (it'll help if I can hit some better shots ). Also have a 3:30pm lesson scheduled with the head pro at my club to see if we can identify some inconsistencies that I've had the last few times out with my swing. I was in the yard last night after the kids went to bed taking some dry swings and working through positions of the backswing to try and get back to what I was doing right away at the beginning of the season. Hips have been getting stuck and I have been early extending and thus coming over the top and steep. Lessons always seem to help and with a membership this year I can get on the practice range more often to drill them into my brain. Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning spies! Lovely morning here in Iowa - low 60s with highs in the low 80s. I'm looking forward to today as I have my league tonight. I was able to get out and practice my putting and chipping last night which felt good. I'm hoping to piece together a good score to get some confidence back. I can sense a round in the 30s tonight... I can just feel it. Hopefully the day goes quickly and the day is a good one! Have a day!

It’s a beautiful sunny morning in Central NY. Looking forward to my morning cuppa to wake me up for my morning tee time. Yesterday was eye exam day. Nothing quite like getting one’s eyes dilated on a bright sunny day because who doesn’t love wearing sunglasses in the house? . Today is dental checkup day. I really need to space these things out.

It's going to be another beautiful day here in NW Pennsylvania!  49° and mid 70s projected.

It's going to be busy today.  Gotta make a grocery run. Then heading to the ATV store to see what a side-by-side costs with our executive director of the ChMber.  It's for our annual golf tournament for the Chamber - what else could it be for but golf in some way!

Then I have a finance meeting. Then I'm planning on hitting that pretty little white ball for 18!

Great weather day for the league play tonight.  I hope to have a better swing going than previous weeks.  Advil alarm set for 3:00!

a quick question, do you find your putting misses to the left or right of the hole?

Yes.  Mostly right (I’m LH).  I missed 3 birdie putts this morning & couple easy Pars misses both sides. Frustrating.

I like to live life on the edge sometimes 

The one nice part is that after the lesson I'll be able to go out on the course and play a couple holes, buffering the time between lesson and league start haha. I'm fortunate that our head pro doesn't overwhelm with information during lessons. He generally knows my swing so will be able to watch me take a few, tell me a couple "feels" to implement and then manually help me with positioning. He's also a fellow lefty which is a bonus!

that makes sense, in my experience over the years most missed by right handed putters are left. including me. my coach tells me this is due to how our dominate eye see's the putt and line etc. a quick drill to help with this (and it took me a while to figure it out) is called the "push drill".  Take 3 balls and put them about 2 feet from the hole, don't strike the ball but "push" it in the hole, if the ball misses right then your putter blade is closed, if the ball misses left then your putter blade is open (of course the opposite for righties). give it a try on the practice green, it is not allowed to push the ball during play.

Happy Taco Tuesday All!

Great group of Paradym Driver testers selected... only problem is they have me wanting to buy a Paradym Driver!!! 

Got a round booked this Sat AM with @Lacassem on a dew-sweepers special since there's no baseball for Holiday weekend.  Very much looking forward to that!

Solar panels currently going on the house after the roof got done last week.... Final Edel irons arrived to @Getoffmylawn, Cobra gear arriving... and many other tests in various stages.  So much going on, and its not even summer yet!

 

Jackson made his summer baseball travel team, and did a great job pitching two shut out innings last night.  It's been really fun to watch him grow and develop this season as the first year with kid pitch and balls and strikes called on them.  Top it all off with a NC MGS meetup in the near future and I'm really looking forward to these next few weeks!

Good Tuesday Morning Spies! Beautiful Central FL morning, 72 & muggy at 7am. It was a good range morning!  Trying out different iron shafts, Dynamic Gold S300 and liking them. Did a little chipping & putting with OnCore Vero X1 ball as well.  Back to work & finishing first cup of coffee!

Back to work today on a normal schedule finally, no golf this past weekend spent most of it with my kids, running from baseball field to baseball field. But I have golf this week in my sights with a round on Saturday morning and I'm hoping to get some range time in before then. 

I did however get back to my Stack training and incorporated a drill I learned about via the Chasing Scratch podcast. I expected to see quite a dip after sitting out for a few weeks but I was able to bump another MPH higher out of my driver swing. Great podcast and great training aid, I highly recommend.

@GolfSpy BOS The Paradym Driver is HOT!! I think you would like it. I love my Paradym X Driver! I went with draw bias!  DO IT! LOL!! (I did ask my wife first )
