I am getting another range session in tomorrow and should be able to rent out the launch monitor. Anyone out there have any questions?

Is there a Golf Shop you frequent often that will let you have some free LM time at “slow time”?
I have a SC 200 that is now a “neighborhood” unit and waiting until monsoon stops.
I’m going to get some Golf Shop (off peak) time for spin rates which are not available on the SC200.
I like the SC200 because it’s being used outside.

I wrapped up my range/launch monitor evaluation today and took the TSi2 to the course for the first time.  So far, what I saw on the range holds true on the course.   Today, I hit four drives on each hole, alternating between my gamer driver and the TSi.  I’ll try to get a few more rounds in comparing the two this week, before the rain sets in.

hint:  so far things are looking good for the TSi2.

I just have the local driving range which has a few TopTracer bays for rent. Would be great to get on a Trackman, but I don't have a connection for that unfortunately.

I really don’t pick up “swag” anymore but that marker is definitely unique and I’d get one if I could also.

I got them off ebay.

I have 3 more left, and I will be giving them away as part of this thread, so stay tuned.

After some time on the range last week, I got out on course twice with the driver this week.   This was my first ball on the first tee, with no range warmup.  You have to look closely in the lower left hand corner to see the drive distance—-232.  This is my longest drive EVER on this hole.   And just fo be sure.  I hit a second one, that was literally 5 yards to the left of it.

This was on a par 5 that im usually around 200 or so, but I carried it just far enough—about 215, to catch a slight downslope.

Looking forward to more of these this year.

Nice work right there. Was the guy around that said you wouldn't hit the ball farther with a new driver?

Your carry has improved by how many yards?
What Loft is the Driver currently set at?

I'd say about 10 to 12 yards of carry based on those two shots  I haven't hit the Tsi and TS1 side by side on Trackman yet.  But I haven't come within 20 yards of either of those shots before on either of those holes with the TS1, maybe once or twice with the MAVRIK SZ, but those were outliers most of my shots with that were noting to brag about.

It is a 9.0 and I have it set on B1, to add .75 upright to hit, to help reduce the fade a bit.

Didn’t hit it well today. And honestly 7400 is a bit much...but even though I only hit 3 or 4 on the screws I had a long of 294. I was still hitting it 265 or so on average with no roll on my miss hits Things were kind of soft. The day was incredible, cool club, cool course and that 19th hole is breathtaking! Came 4 ft from a hole in 1. What a day.

That complex has been rising up my list for a golf trip, pretty quickly.  Looks spectacular.

Our course was under water yesterday from nearly 4.5” of rain on Wed & Thursday.  I took advantage of us being closed and went and walked a 5 hole loop around 3:30.

Hit a few good drives, but the cold, wet and wind kept them from being anything special.   But i remain impressed with the sound and feel of the club.

I'm playing on Sunday. Fingers crossed that I get to play on my own. Can't wait to get back out there with the TSi 2.

Will be working on some swing changes, so results may be shaky, but needed.
